I ordered a 20 peace Bone in and Large fries WELL DONE with lemon pepper seasoning. Unfortunately this the worst W.S. order I ever ate in my W.S. lifetime! My fries were soggy with hardly any seasoning and my wings also were tasteless of flavor and tasted plain. The wings also didn't taste cooked fresh and sadly I wasted my money,time,gas and had to throw out half my order in the garage as I couldn't just eat plain flavorless wings. Too bad Millbrae location was already closed as they have everything on point the way it should be severed.

I visited this wingstop on Monday, May 19 to grab dinner and was really disappointed with the food quality. The chicken tenders I was served were stale, hard to chew, and clearly not fresh, more like refried leftovers than a fresh meal. It completely ruined the experience. I expected better quality from your establishment and hope this issue can be addressed.

Quite pricey for the food. But like always it was absolutely delicious. The customer service was amazing. The inside of the establishment was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back. The only reason I'm giving it an overall rating of only four stars is because it is quite expensive!
Ordered for delivery and should have arrived 30 minutes ago, but still not ready despite being “less busy than usual” according to Google. Actually chose this business because of the delivery time. I recommend you avoid if your order is time sensitive.
