I don't normally write bad reviews, but the spark isn't there anymore. I've been coming to this location for the past 3 years since I moved here. It was good during my 1st year! Was... For this past year, I've noticed that what even drew me to WingStop isn't there anymore. I used to be be able to drink the ranch here like juice, now I don't even wanna touch it, it does not taste the same, I rather go to Round Table Pizza down the street for their ranch, now that one is delicious. And also, the Atomic wings must have met their half-life because they are nowhere near as spicy as how they used to be. It's pretty sad. The ads on TV used to make me want to crave it, now I get sad knowing that what drew me there is now gone. I hope this place gets their spark back.

There may have been online orders, but I was the only customer in the store. The staff seemed inattentive and the service was extremely slow. It took a very long time to get my food.

I love this place but unfortunately it will be the last time I order, I made a mistake or actually when ordering online it did not give me the option to edit my order the way I wanted it so I tried calling the restaurant at least 20 times and no one ever answered me I got the wrong order . I don’t know why they have a phone listed if they’re never going to answer ! Where is the professionalism !! This restaurant really stinks never ever again and wouldn’t recommend. Such a headache dealing with this restaurant.

Me and my friends came into this place at 11pm but the gentleman working the register was extremely lethargic...we ended up cancelling our order and went elsewhere for a late night craving. I am positive he also cussed at us in Spanish, I sincerely am still unclear as to what upset him. We cancelled our order because we did not want him prepping our food in a lethargic manner! Perhaps he should've made better life choices in regards to what he does for a living.

It’s a takeout place. No dining area or even standing tables, indoor or outdoor. To our surprise, the boneless chicken was cheaper than the bone-in. For us, our past experience was usually the other way around, because the staff needs to take time and effort to get the bone out.

We ordered the 10 pieces wings combo, and chose 2 flavors: Spicy Korean Q and Garlic Parmesan. The Spicy Korean Q wasn’t spicy at all, it was more like sweet and salty, but they were still tasty. The Garlic Parmesan was average. It was full of parmesan flavor, but to me, it was quite bland.

Overall, they have tasty wings. If I crave wings in the future, I might come back!

Came here the other day for a wing craving and they did not disappoint! Crispy, yummy and would come back again.

Only complaint is their corn, ordered 5 pieces and asked them not to be spicy as it was for my toddler… unfortunately it was super spicy and he couldn’t eat them, I couldn’t either.

The last 3 times I have ordered food from Wingstop the entire order has been incorrect or flat out missing items. The location in Kansas City, MO on 40 hwy is horrible. They are slow, rude, and lazy. They have no sense of urgency when a customer’s order comes in.

This is by far the WORST service I've ever got from a Wingstop. They gave me the wrong order. I called to advise them of the issue and was put in hold. The GM answered ( no one ever told me I was being transferred nor did I ask for a manager) he was so Rude and has zero customer service skills he should be fired. He told me I could come get it ( no way to do that) so i asked for a refund. He said ok and hung up in my face. I called back to ensure it was processed and he said very rude that it was processed. I asked him for the order number and his name and he told me I don't need his name, he didn't have the order number and that I was entitled and he hung up in my face again. I'm beyond disappointed and feel disrespected by the GM who is supposed to represent your brand. Sad to say I'll never choose to spend my money here again and it's all because of the GM onsite 5/31 @ 12pm .
