First things first, that mac& cheese was insanely good. The potato salad was a close 2nd. The food overall gets high marks. The soda has transitioned to be one of my favorite drinks now. The only issue I had was the seating. I was fortunate to hit the spot before it got to busy. Other than that, I loved the place.

Came here to visit some friends and was taken to this place for some good ol German Dogs.

If you were confusing Bratwursts with Hot Dogs and comparing the prices between the two, you would be essentially comparing two different things.

The sausages were pretty hearty and decently sized and the sides that came with em were not too bad. The chicken bites had some kick to it and weren't dry, making it a decent chaser to beer, which according to my friends was delightful to drink.

The atmosphere here is more of an industrial warehouse kind of cafeteria feeling, with the ordering all done via a QR code.

Overall, this place was an alright place to visit but if you were looking to really fill up, you should watch your wallet cause each set of dog isn't cheap!

The do called "inclusive" atmosphere is really just an owner who hates everyone who has different views. If your social or political views are woke, you aren't welcome. Spend your money elsewhere. This guy is an idiot.

Quick dinner by myself. The most amazing potato salad I’ve ever had. Will probably spend years trying to replicate it. T brat and mustard was amazing.

You run a bierhaus with no guiness, aren't you from Boston? Shameful. The beer list is proof you're a fraud. No Sam Adams. No czech pilsner, two authentic german beers(I figure you got connections, get an oktoberfest year round), no modelo(aren't you in California? aren't you hispanic?). Drop the hops, it's clearly killing your T.

Honestly, ...
Atmosphere is nice. Staff is annoyed if you want to pay cash. They don't give change. And they don't provide actual service. They bring the food and soda and that's it. They don't bring water or come back to inquire about desert or anything. Overall.... I'm not sure the cool atmosphere and food is worth enduring subpar service. Rather eat elsewhere.

Food is good. Price is fair. Service is …..well…in our opinion worth “maybe” 10% or so. Honestly…QR code order…….the suggested 18% is comical

I had always wanted to try this place. While it’s New American, it still very much keeps to its German inspired roots. The dish sizes are large and filling. The schnitzel was a bit dry but the sausages were tasty. Inside had a lot of large tables but we were able to snag the corner booth for a party of 8. Service was attentive and you were able to order everything on your phone and pay separately so there’s no need to split the bill after.

The beer and food we had were good. Also had a fantastic cocktail that was surprisingly good. Would recommend!

I'm not a super fan of the shared seating and definitely don't like QR code ordering, but the food here was fantastic. I made the drive out to San Mateo to meet a friend and ordered a bunch of the vegetarian options. Great devils eggs, the green salad is well dressed and full of interesting stuff, the spetzle buttery and delicious. The surprise was the German take on a quesadilla. Great stuff.

For those of you who love burgers and hotdogs with a new twist, look no further. Our son I recommend this restaurant and what a good suggestion this was. Even though it was his first time, when we meet in San Francisco or vicinity towns, we always like to try new places. This restaurant is designed with simplicity and focus on amazing new ingredients on your favorite dishes. Each dish is bursting with flavors. The best freshly made sauerkraut you’ve ever had. I’m not a beer drinker, but for those of you who like to have options galore, this is where you’ll find one of the largest selection of beers on tap. This spacious high ceiling restaurant with simple tables and benches, is another great place for you to bring your family and friends. I highly recommend this restaurant. We tried the spicy Italian sausage sandwich with the double fried potatoes, quesadilla (a little salty), spicy chicken nuggets (were absolutely delicious), and other items on their menu. Very clean restaurant and friendly staff. We will definitely revisit this great restaurant.

It's all self-serve / contactless dining - sit at a long table, order online with a QR code, and the staff will bring you your dish.

I had one of the hot dogs and it was good! I want to try the other ones now.

For some reason my elderly parents didn't like eating here, but they get turned off by anything that isn't a classical dining experience so I'm not surprised.

I previously enjoyed Wursthall and recalled getting a good chopped salad there in the past. Today's chopped salad had pickles (described as cucumbers on the menu) and too much salty dressing. The veggies were camouflaged by too much lousy dressing. Service was subpar - no one came by to ask how we liked our meals or to offer more water. Adjacent tables were sprayed with a bleach cleanser and a sour smelling rag. My dining companion liked his bierwurst, so that was the one positive.
