Ordered some vegetarian pizzas online only to pick them up with meat on them. Then the person argues with the that I didn't "specify no meat" even though my receipt clearly shows only veggie toppings. They did not want to remake my pizzas and Domino's still hasn't responded to my complaint for a refund. News flash, Domino's, vegetarians don't eat meat and we have experience ordering vegetarian pizzas.

There's probably no better value in town than the $7.99 carryout deal they have on large 3-topping pizzas! We place our order online and the pizza is ready in less than 20 minutes. The only downside is sometimes it's hard to find parking when you're trying to pick up, but otherwise have had no complaints so far! I also really enjoy their garlic bread twists.

I should preface this review by saying I only like New York style pizza, and a really don't like domino's. BUT, their customer service, at this location, is amazing, and, their timing (and everything that they do to make the pizza my kids want and get it to us, right, it's amazing). I personally love their spinach feta bread. Their Philly cheesteak sandwich is better than most I've had from normal sandwich shops around this area. Pro tip: Just have parmesan at home , and always get the blue cheese! Thank you everyone that's help us at this location.. You're always so polite and always get our order correct! Thank you!

One star and here is why. The pizza was good but they didn't include the blue cheese that was .75 to go with the chicken and also the marinara sauce for the jalapeño bread that was also .75. The point here is not the $1.50, lest not beyond the fact that it was an up charge and still not included. The point is that the blue cheese would have really made the chicken better and the marinara would have really made the bread better. That's why I ordered them. Your brand, Dominos, is trying to recover from decades of not listening to the customer satisfaction and here you are up charging for condiments that should be included and then not delivering. I wish you well, this was a first experience of the San Mateo Dominos and also the last. If you can't do the small things how can we trust you with the big things?

Not sure what people have against this place - it's great! Look, you're signing up for dominos so as long you don't expect Delfina or Centro or even Rainbow or Senoires for the local greasy non-Neopolitan flavor ... you won't be disappointed. The shop is managed and run very well. The employees are nice and attend to detail and the app is great. We ordered two pizzas in the app. At list price it would have been $50 but with the right in-app coupon selection the price was only $22 for two 14 inch pizzas to meet the varied tastes in our family. We rolled by 15' later as we could track the status of our food in the store workflow by watching the app and clicked "I'm here" in the app to trigger the guy to come out to our car and give me the pizzas. Whole thing was seamlessly done and the pizzas yummy and piping hot. Sometimes you just need a cheap and easy dinner and we couldn't recommend more highly. Two points of caution - (1) the other reviews said delivery from here is terribly so we've never braved it and (2) the wings are not great. Again though, it's Dominos and a great one at that with rock solid pizza and low prices that we're not too snobby to smile about. Enjoy!

Thank you Dominos and especially manager Lisa for completing my 140 pizza order for lunch today! Everyone was so impressed with the quality and quantity. I wasn't sure if I would be able to find a restaurant to fulfill this order and it was a huge task to fill all the orders before noon, but they were prepared just on time for pickup. This Dominos legitimately robbed me. I payed online through my account and then the driver who came adamantly claimed that I had not yet paid. The amount he was citing on his receipt was even wrong, I ended up paying because it was taking to long to pull up the order online. I confirmed after that I had paid online already and called them... They confirmed their mistake and never refunded me. Pizza was trash too.

This review is to shout out Fransisco, our delivery driver and honestly a really good meal. Fransisco called us when he was 2 minutes away and we gave him entry instructions into our building. He found the place no problem, packaged it nicely, and did a contactless drop. The food was perfectly intact and he was friendly and prompt. The food was also the best Dominos Ive had in a while, even from this same store! In COVID times, delivery is so important. 5 stars, Fransisco!

Great pickup experience:Easy pickup: ordered online and arrived 20 mins after, my order was all ready for pickup. Yummy food: pizza and wings taste good and warm after a 20-min drive back to home.Nothing to complain, very happy.
This Domino's pizza place sucks a*** I've ordered from this place a total of 6 or so times within this year twice they delivered to the wrong place (once other end of the block..(and someone paid) and once next door)....twice they burnt my brownies and once sent me breadsticks instead of the brownies I ordered. AND today I had to send back an order because the driver didn't have $5 change on him.... total was $28 , I had $40 cash and asked for $5 change . save yourself the headaches and order from any other pizza place you'll get way better service than this dump!

I am a fan of this location in my neighborhood especially since they are usually quick and friendly. The Domino's app makes it all too easy to order and then build the hype with the tracker. I appreciate the ability to send their team encouraging messages as well. I've always been curious how that gets shared with the staff. In any case I am giving a shoutout to Anthony for fixing a recent delivery issue. I have ordered several times without a problem usually so this is no complaint. Anthony was gracious enough to resend the order several days after when I called. I appreciate his efforts and wanted to recognize him for that. Thank you for the pizza!

My sister and I ordered from this Domino's. We ordered a Caesar Salad, medium two topping pizza, BBQ wings, and a two liter Diet Coke. The order showed up 15 minutes later. I looked over our order and my sister's salad was missing. I asked the delivery guy where her salad was. He said, "Uh, we didn't get in our salad delivery today. I called you but you didn't answer."I look on my phone record and no call came in. I told him as much and showed him. He argued with me saying he called. I told him Domino's had better have taken the salad off the bill.He said, "I guess so." and took off.I went in and told my sister and checked her phone. There was no call.This is b******* and I'm very dissatisfied. They've messed up our order before and when we went in to pickup an order we ended up waiting an additional 45 minutes for our order of brownies because they kept burning them and had to start over. So, my suggestion is watch this location.

We always have a dominos pizza or pasta atLeast once a week my son loves this place They always have great deals on pizzas or their other items. I love to order the Alfredo pasta and absolutely crave the garlic bites dipped into the garlic butter oh my just plopped me down after I had my pasta and bread almost as good as an Italian restaurant ok not that good but it is good enough to satisfy your hunger and the prices are rightWe place our order online and have it delivered they have a great delivery tracker that tracks your order / delivery for you so you know what is going on with your meal. On their app or website they have coupons you can use to order with and their coupons are always great deals. We always get the pasta as and pizza for $5.99Each with their coupon deals. Don't forget to order the garlic bites they are so good especially when they are warmed
