We got boba smoothies and it was so nasty we threw it away after the first sip. Over priced. And it smelled really bad inside. Sorry, don’t like to be mean but damn.

the old owners were very nice and had masubi. the new owners however didn't seem like they know how to make the drink. they kept asking each other different questions on the drink i ordered, when i received it the boba was uncooked. anytime i go here the boba is either too hard or too soft and liquidy. though, i really admire how good the customer service is.

Love this place :D I've tried a lot of snow ice places in the Bay area and this one has been the best in terms of price and quality. Share a large with a friend and get some sweet toppings for less than $6. Highly recommend!

The Avocado Smoothie from Dragon Snow has been my favorite since they first opened... until last night 1/11. John no longer owns the place. The elder of the two ladies there was so new and seemed unfamiliar with how to make the drink. It took about 4 mins--I was the only one there and I have not yet given my 2nd drink order. The drinks (avocado smoothie & Jasmine tea) did not taste like the usual goodness, and the tapioca pearls were so undercooked. It may be a while until I try the place again..
