I frequent theaters. I went to this one. They sold me a ticket for the wrong time. The movie quit playing in the middle of it because it said there was nobody in the theater. Getting money back never happened. They gave me a comp ticket. But it didn't equal amount that I paid just for the movie that I saw. They made it like it was my fault that they sold me the wrong movie time ticket. Management is horrible, I ended up actually calling the main number on the website during the movie because we ha missed 10 min of it while they tried to fix the problem they created. The popcorn selection is never filled. At some registers, you can only use cash at others.You can only use card.The whole place is in disarray

Very bad service, in the first place, it was about half an hour late in the line and there were only two cars ahead of me, and when they delivered the food, very bad, nothing we ordered was given to us, my son asked for a #7 and yes, they gave them jalapenos and the literal burger was just meat, cheese and that's it. I ordered some new potatoes from the menu, ugly and raw and my worst wings were dry and tasteless, what a bad service they have in all aspects, both for the customer and for the food. I will not go again.

This jack in the box has great customer service, and the food is great and well priced, not 5 stars, just due to the bathroom, sometimes not being very clean as it should be

I went to jack in the box at night and they have the lobby open and I asked if they were open and I don't know if it's the manager but he was rude to me and he didn't take my order. I understand that you're not gonna take my order but why if you have the lobby open you don't wanna take my order. I went to the drive-thru and he yelled at me saying that I was disturbing the customers, when I literally just wanna buy something quick. If you're a manager or supervisor you have to try to be kind and respectfully with customers. that's something that I didn't have that night.

NO, vegetarian menu ? only fries. I picked the strawberry cream soda it was a lot of ice foam whip cream and a cherry ? on top.i litter took 4 sips, and it was nothing else to drink. When ordering anything else I get to the window paid my money wAs asked to move back. I was in drive thru

Went here to pick up my mobile order and asked if my sandwich can be toasted and food hot. The manager screamed and said ma'am, I said excuse me. She said loudly with an attitude we toast all the bread and you ordered 8 minutes ago. I get to the window and she says you always have a problem when you come here. Don't come back. I didn't take my order. Please refund my order I was just here the other day and asked the guy manager for hot food and it was a mobile order he didn't have a problem with it, she's very unprofessional. She told her staff the next time you see her do not serve her. IS IT HER RESTAURANT TO BAN SOMEONE FROM COMING? CHIRAZ or something was the managers name
