This is a munchie meal and this taco was not freshly made because look at it its dried meat and taco was sticking to the paper. The rest of the food was good but this taco is disgusting

You must get a lot of complaints. I ordered an ultimate cheeseburger plain with a small coke. Just guess what was on it ? Mayo, ketchup, mustard and enough of it for the burger to slide off the bun. This means the person taking the order does not know how to ring it up as a plain no condiments item. This has happened twice different days. So people who don’t know something apparently don’t ask for help. There was no urgency as nobody was behind me in the drive -thru.
Don't go here, you're better off going to either the McDonald's across the street or going to the next jack in the box near the casino. Hector, one of the latino guys on the late night shift has no customer service skills with a passive aggressive attitude. We both speak Spanish so it's not a language barrier.

I frequent theaters. I went to this one. They sold me a ticket for the wrong time. The movie quit playing in the middle of it because it said there was nobody in the theater. Getting money back never happened. They gave me a comp ticket. But it didn't equal amount that I paid just for the movie that I saw. They made it like it was my fault that they sold me the wrong movie time ticket. Management is horrible, I ended up actually calling the main number on the website during the movie because we ha missed 10 min of it while they tried to fix the problem they created. The popcorn selection is never filled. At some registers, you can only use cash at others.You can only use card.The whole place is in disarray

Very bad service, in the first place, it was about half an hour late in the line and there were only two cars ahead of me, and when they delivered the food, very bad, nothing we ordered was given to us, my son asked for a #7 and yes, they gave them jalapenos and the literal burger was just meat, cheese and that's it. I ordered some new potatoes from the menu, ugly and raw and my worst wings were dry and tasteless, what a bad service they have in all aspects, both for the customer and for the food. I will not go again.

This jack in the box has great customer service, and the food is great and well priced, not 5 stars, just due to the bathroom, sometimes not being very clean as it should be
