There is a rule that if you do not receive your receipt when they deliver the food, it is free. When I told the cashier that she had forgotten to give me my receipt and I reminded her that the rules of the game I had to receive my food for free. The cashier got so upset that she thought she would yell at me if I were her brother. I asked him to talk to the supervisor until he agreed to do it. I didn't get the food nor the rest of my money.
After renovation, this restaurant is so much better, especially black male guy is very kind to my mother. I love KFC in my town.
