The restaurant's atmosphere is fantastic, the service is exceptional and the food is amazing. If you are looking for authentic Guatemalan food this is your place. From the music to the way the restaurant is accommodated, the always attentive and polite staff and the delicious food they serve; this is a place where you'd want to come back. If you are Latino, this is your place. Now don't get me wrong, I've seen people for various ethnics eating here and it's always satisfying to see how much they like the food.

La comida buen gusto peor los precios muy elevados $65 por un plato de comida y 2 bebidas con chips se me hace muy elevado, luego los vasos son como para un bebé o un niño de 5 años y te cobran $5-6 también me le egresaron una ensalada de vegetales con crema cuando les pedí de favor que me lo quitaran y que no me agregaran nada de crema

The food is good, but the prices are a little exaggerated and they want to add extra things without asking you. My recommendation is that they specify the order you ordered so that what you ordered is correct and you only receive it.

* NO BAKERY* BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE* NO HOT CHOCOLATE OR COFFEE* NO GOOD BREAKFASTI drove 25 minutes to Palacio Latino Restaurant & Bakery because visiting friends wanted to try their famous bakery items and hot chocolate. Upon arrival, we were told none of those were available, which was confusing and disappointing since their online presence suggests otherwise. It seems there is a lack of updates and misinformation. Additionally, the customer service was subpar. The lady who served us could benefit from further training in customer service; she was quite discourteous.

Highly recommended, an excellent atmosphere with marimba music, good for family time, I ordered a shuko and I enjoyed it very much, it transported me to my beautiful Guatemala, the service was very good, everyone was very friendly
