Wish I could give them 0 stars. Nobody acknowledges you at the door. Thought I could give it a try but they pushed done on my order and the food wasn’t ready when I got there. I feel bad because the workers probably are understaffed but shut the place down if you’re operating on these conditions

Literally impossible to get ahold of anyone in this location. Phone is out of service. Delivery took 2hours and 14 mins. The driver showed up like all was normal until I refused the food. I saidnit took you guys 2 hours and 14 mins to get here. We ordered from somewhere else, ate and were ready to go out when he finally showed up. Do NOT order from here. They will never ever deliver your order and just keep your money.

This pizza hut is the absolute worse. You get a text saying the order is ready and when it you get there its not and your waiting an extra 20 min for something they forgot. The manager is incompetent and dare I say cant even do elementary math. They hire people who, one do not care about the job and two does not know how to to do the job. Hire teenagers that like pizza or get a new crew that shows some kind of interest in what they are doing. I undertand it's just pizza, but close this one down or just hire people with some customer service experience or that atleast can do simple repetitive tasks.

Very bad employees, I don’t recommend this location, i did the order online , once i went to pickup my order the cashier asked me for more tip i told him i have already paid he said yeah give me more tip , this is very rude and not appropriate it anyway don’t recommend that store

Ordered one pepperoni meltdown and one large 3 toppings but the pizza bread feels kind off raw, like it needed a lil bit more time in the oven, so me and my partner just not eating it

I placed a pickup order at this Pizza Hut and ended up waiting almost one full hour at the store. My food was not ready, and the employees had a terrible attitude. No apology, no explanation — they just acted like they didn’t care at all. I finally left with no food. Complete waste of time and super unprofessional. I won’t be coming back, and I don’t recommend this location to anyone.
The food is always good. I order online. However the last time I ordered I got a call from the store telling me that I couldn't get it delivered and pay with cash. I was told I had to pay with a card or change to pick up. I'm disabled and I don't drive anymore. This is a problem for me. I don't always have money on my card. If this is the new policy I guess I will find somewhere else to order from.
Update: I asked if I will be refunded for the wrong order since I won't be taking the pizza. I was told they will refund me, but I was not refunded at all. Wasted $20.
I ordered a large specialty pizza and forgot to upgrade it to stuffed crust. I tried to call right away to ask if it could be upgraded; the person on the line said he would check with his manager and put me on hold for 30 minutes. He did not ask for the name on the order. It was obviously too late to upgrade or correct the order with how long I was waiting on hold. Who puts a customer on hold that long? They did not even realize I was on hold when I got to the store.
Another employee offered to correct and redo the order and asked if I was willing to wait 15 minutes, which I was.

Was really unimpressed. Order details weren't followed (sauced boneless wings were dry) and the pizza itself was just so boring and dry. This was a really disappointing purchase

The pan pizza is my favorite. I ordered online for contact less. They were very busy so I had to go to the restaurant. I subtracted 1 star for that, so you know there could be a problem when ordering contact less.
