In this day and age of constant hipster restaurants popping up, it’s hard to find a good, basic breakfast place.
We had a great breakfast here. The service was fast and friendly, and the restaurant was clean. I ordered the French toast combo, and my husband had the pancake combo. Both were fluffy enough to cut through with just a fork. The eggs, bacon, and sausage were good as well.
Again, sometimes all you want is a good, basic breakfast — and this place delivered!
Forgot to take pictures because I was trying to get into the bacon ASAP.

I walked in with my two small dogs in a stroller, the cook came from around the corner and told me that my dogs were not allowed I told him they’re service animals & I could prove the documentation on my phone, he continued to refuse me. I informed him of the americas with disabilities act “requires service animals to allowed in all areas where the public is allowed” this includes businesses and government buildings.
The staff then called a young woman to the front to where I explain her the law and then showed her my paperwork proving documentation of my service animals.
They young lady was very respectful and apologetic however I am very disappointed in the service in how I was treated. I did also informed both them that now I have the right to file a lawsuit against the business for discrimination if they deny entry to your service dog. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS INCIDENT TO THE STATE!

Totaly disappointed. Ordered a Reuben sandwich. The cook grilled the corned beef until it was crisp and lifeless. There was almost no sauerkraut on the sandwich, and it was dry and overcooked.

It's tucked in an old neighborhood of Richmond. We came because somebody gave it 5 stars . They were nice. The place was small and street parking only. I guess if you live in the neighborhood and didn't want to go to denny's its the place to be.

Epitome of a family owned restaurant.
Corned beef hash was exceptional. Churro French toast was delicious. The family owned vibe was the best part. Mom taking orders, Dad on the grill, and the daughter jumping in. Super friendly family and the food was delicious.
