Terrible service. So rude!Workers spent half the time chatting.Took 31 minutes for ONE drink.When you talk to the workers they hardly even look up at you. When we asked if they got the ticket for our drink after 25 minutes, she just replied with "still working on it..."We could tell the drink sat there for a while, half the frappe was already melted.

The staff is friendly and helpful! It's expensive, but so are all of them! I like the ambiance and it's a cozy place to have an interview, or even read a book. It's really convenient for me because it's so close to my home so I may be biased.

Drive thru HORRIBLE!!! IN LINE OVER 30 MINUTES BECAUSE STUCK BETWEEN CARS. ON TO OF THAT MY DRINKS WERE HORRIBLE AS WELL.

You should avoid this Starbucks location until at least the end of October 2023. I had problems on two different visits: on Wednesday October 18th I ordered in the drive thru, and the wait was much longer than normal because the person taking the order kept getting it wrong -- I repeated my order 3 times before they entered it correctly on the screen; and then the drink I got was not what I ordered. I parked my car and walked into the store and had them make the my drink (maybe someone else got what I ordered first?). For the second visit I picked up a mobile order on Sunday October 22nd, and unfortunately I got sick immediately afterward. It took several days with a lot of Pepto Bismol before I recovered from that horrible visit.

Honestly it’s a hit or miss with the drinks.. 85% of the time I would have to come back to get my drink remade because the espresso shots sat for too long making my drink stale and bitter.. shots should be pulled and atleast a splash of milk in the cup within a 10second time frame before the body and crema of the espresso go bad..barista training should have a good tasting espresso in a drink vs an expired shot espresso to understand the difference of quality of shot served in a drink, so before hand off baristas know the quality of their drinks..drinks are based off of the barista who makes it…training, understanding, and consistency..if you don’t want to remake a drink. Make it worth it the first time. I know because I worked for Starbucks for a long time and I’ve trained baristas. Quality is important.

This is really a reflection of management. This store is so understaffed they close regularly during business hours with NO signage from the street. I just wasted my entire work break going to the closed drive through and then driving around front, trying to go in, asking what’s going on. At least put up a sign or update your hours. As a former service employee I don’t blame the staff I blame the person in charge of this store for not managing a better operation because the staff have always been very nice.

We ordered through the drive thru on this particular visit. The person on the speaker was very clear and patient. She confirmed our order and asked if everything looked right on the screen. When we got to the window she had a wonderful smile and greeted us again while handing us our drinks and scanning my phone for payment. The coffee was hot. The cold coffee my co worker ordered was cold. What a great experience. On that visit we paid for the car behind us. We hope that changed their day for the good.

I thought drive-thrus and mobile ordering were meant to be quick. I spent 20+ minutes waiting for a mobile order in this drive-thru. Make it make sense. If they didn't only hire incompetent children to work this Starbucks, maybe the line wouldn't stretch to the parking lot. I'd be more understanding if it were during rush hour, but I expect better at 12:10pm. The drinks were correct, but I almost expected to receive somebody else's. It was so slow that I had to rush home to make my meeting. What's worse? I didn't have time to go #2 before my meeting. So now I'm uncomfortable AND late.

I came to this location with ordered shake coffee with out cinnamon but I got with cinnamon and then tell barista she just take the cinnamon on top out so she didn’t remade it!! So disappointed!! I come to buy coffee this location many many times they used to make coffee so good!! But not today!! ? and another order got with like milk shake not coffee shake. ☹️ funny taste of both!!

Hi. These young children got my order wrong and then I try asking the manager or supervisor,her name was cinthia or celia or something, for help but she was on her phone the whole time. When she came over, she proceeded to blame me for HER employees mistake. Rude staff, I hope she and those kids get fired.
