My coffee is good. But ...This has to be the slowest Starbucks in the history. Why???? Four customers behind me received their orders before me. The girls are moving like molasses. Every other Starbucks moves like Hotcakes. Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy?

The employees were so rude to my mom and i. No decency to say please or thank you and the area was super dirty. will never be coming back. as a starbucks lover this was very disappointing and hope starbucks does something about these employees. No happy face or anything whatsoever

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the conduct of manager Sonu. Unfortunately, my experiences with her have been quite troubling. She often exhibits a power-tripping attitude and has demonstrated a level of customer service that I have never encountered before—one that I believe is unacceptable towards customers like us or any other customers.

Her communication style with customers has been particularly problematic, and it has left me and my friends feeling disrespected and undervalued. I urge you to conduct a thorough investigation into her behavior, as well as that of her supervisors. It is crucial that I address these issues to maintain a positive and professional work environment and respect towards customers.

If this situation continues, I will have no choice but to consider legal action. I sincerely hope it does not come to that, and I trust that you will take this matter seriously.

If you're ordering ahead, add 5-8 minutes to the pickup time. They're late most times. Like, 5 out of 6 times your order will be late.

I know they've discontinued my favorite drink and I have to order it with customizations now, so it's easy for it to be made wrong.

That said, they were so nice to have remade my order when it didn't seem right!! I can get a little anxious asking for remakes and I know it's a confusing order so I'm so happy the staff here were able to work with it ? so thankful to both baristas that helped me and special shout out to Benjamin!! The staff here have always been very nice and this time was no different ?

I been at this location multiple times they always treated me with respect. But today I had the worst service with a team member who was in charge during the evening shift. He made me feel VERY “DISCRIMINATED AND DISRESPECTED” the way he treated me.

I always go to Starbucks before getting to work but these last few days the service with my app order has been terrible. I arrive for my order and have to wait around 30 minutes for two drinks. I think it is not fair because that is why you order early before arriving to pick up your order and they also give you what you did not order and you have to wait longer for your order to be prepared correctly.
