The cashier, a tall guy, was rushing me even after I said this was my first time. My order turned out wrong of course because I DID NOT KNOW WHAT TF I WAS GETTING. Then asking for some sugar I was asked "WHY" you got what you ordered?Honey, I wanted to experience the STARBUCKS but know this, I WILL NEVER AGAIN SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY IN THIS ESTABLISHMENTNOT WORTH IT

This location needs a new manager, one without an attitude. She was visibly upset because I wanted a coffee that wasn't made. When I asked for a pour over she totally flipped out and got a serious attitude because she was actually going to have to work. If she is too unhappy to do her menial job then she should probably seek a new job. I'm a customer and should be greeted with a smile and treated respectfully.

I went to this Starbucks tonight and the service that was given by one of the barista's was terrible. I understand it's a busy season and mistakes happen, but this girl was rude and disrespectful. I didn't appreciate spending my money and time for poor customer service. She slid my drink towards me after making it wrong twice, I was to say the least, offended.

Great service. Mad props to the barista who overheard my kids arguing because one managed to slip in a "grande" over a "tall" order, and then delivered 2 same-sized drinks. Crisis averted.

My go to spot to feed my coffee drink addiction in the morning for work. The workers inside are friendly. Recently my order had got mixed with someone else's and I believe the manager brought me out the correct order And gave me a warm croissant on the house.

The cashier didn’t have a name tag but she was wearing glasses and a pink sweatshirt. She didn’t ask my friend and I if we wanted our sandwiches heated or even our names to pick up our order when it was ready. We had to guess if it was ours. Cashiers at other starbucks always ask those things to make sure you get what you ordered the way you want it.
