Ordered a drink online and went to pick up at the wrong location, they did not refund my money said its policy to email corprate. Will never order online again.

Hours are listed as 4:30am opening, we arrived at 5am and the store was closed. There are no signs indicating that the store and the drive thru have different hours. We own a tall van and can’t go thru the drive thru. The employee working there looked up, then turned away when she heard us attempt to get in. A good employee would have at least come to the door to let us know if and when the store would open. We decided to go make our own coffee since Starbucks doesn’t appear to want our business. If you can’t honor the hours listed on the website you could at least put up a sign!

This place does.not deserve any stars but no option, the Brewster was rude and said the bathrooms only available to who purchase food or coffees. But she let the white people use it without any purchases. Now that's what I call racist at its finest thanks starbucks. Worthless company. Also can't even complain about this address as it not available on the starbucks website.

This is my least favorite Starbucks in the area. I come here a couple times a week on my way to work, but only on days I don’t have time to go out of my way to the Starbucks on Fitzgerald. The staff are MISERABLE and RUDE here (especially the ppl who work the drive thru). They are careless with how they make drinks—they are usually missing something or aren’t fully mixed (do NOT get anything matcha here unless you want mouthfuls of powder). The coffee often tastes burnt. If you get any kind of latte it tastes like it’s made with water instead of milk. I suspect they are watering down their milk to stretch it?They barely heat up the food so it’s usually still cool un the middle. If you make any requests (I always ask for the food to be double toasted and matcha to be mixed in), they roll their eyes, take forever, and then it’s usually still disappointing. Not sure why this particular location is such a mess.

Doesn't have enough electrical outlets to plug into. Clearly this place does lots of drive through business. Lots of tables available. I had a lavender cream frappuchino, which I liked.

Of the hundreds of Starbucks...on the block - this is the slowest one. They don't prep their cold brew. They never have it. It's always crowded bc they have a tiny location.

The first time in my life seeing employees in Starbucks so rude
The two young gentlemen were laughing and talking and I’m standing at the register waiting !
I interrupted them and asked for the bathroom code and he said I can’t have it since I haven’t ordered there !
We ordered on the app , that’s just ridiculous!
We were visiting so I was going to buy some San Francisco mugs but I decided to leave ,
Hope they understand how much business they’re losing with that attitude.

Drinks are always served fast and good. However, it isn't the cleanest Starbucks I've been too. The restroom is almost always the weakest link.

The staff is alright. The place is dirty, for being this well staffed. The real crime is the single chocolate chip cookie that Starbucks charges $3.95 a customer. More reason to support local coffee shops.

Every time, I've appreciated the staff. Y'all deserve better support from you your regional team.

As of 8/27/24, the location has no working power outlets. The benches aren't plugged in, the wall sockets barely leak electricity if at all, and it's not appropriate for a place that presents itself as somewhere to work.

The team members have energy, they're fully powered!

It is a bad service, the two women who are working at this moment treated my husband and I badly with discrimination since we entered, it was a terrible service, what a shame because we love to consume this drink and it is not fair that they treat us badly when we are paying for a service thank you for your attention

Stopped by this location on father’s day to grab a lemonade refresher. Unfortunately their cold foam machine broke and one of the employees had to tell a customer that they could not make his drink the way he ordered it. He told her okay, it that another way it can be made. She gave him a blank stare then started talking to him as if he were a child and could not comprehend. It was a very cringey way to conduct herself. The guy politely told her she didn’t have to speak to him that way, he understood the machine was broke he wanted to see if there was something else. She tried to defend her horrible actions and act as if she didn’t have an attitude but she definitely did. He said he’ll just get a refund. She walked over to the lady that was working the register and said something to her as the customer walked around to the register. Then they gave him and who appeared to be his father even more drama. As they were explaining the situation the original employee had a mini meltdown and yelled out. As they were waiting for his refund, the cashier calls the lady behind them to come forward to be helped although they weren’t finished helping them. The father asked for the cashiers name and the rude employee and was told Tati and leah. He asked again to be sure he heard her correctly and the rude employee yelled out her name at the man. Very sad to see this establishment run in such a manner. Hopefully that employee takes a breaks and learns to manage her frustrations some other way instead of taking it out on the customer. Will not return to this location.
