Make note that Google reviews are much higher than Yelp reviews. I don't get the super bad Yelp reviews.Large clean dining room. Music at a reasonable volume. Employees seemed friendly and helpful. Coffee was fresh from the new Brew on demand machines. No complaints. Convenient parking right outside the door. I did sense a little bit of chaos and disorganization behind the counter, but it did not impact my order.

Hello Starbucks, that was not 1/2 caff 8 hours ago. And maybe you should find a way to direct cars ordering three dozen grilled cheese sandwiches OR whatever complicated crap that was to a waiting space in front instead of having them hold up the line for what? Nearly 15 minutes? That was two vehicles in a row with super long prep times. So, you took a short cut and screwed up my drink? Not OK.

On 12/17/23 I went to this Starbucks and brought my reusable plastic red cup. I was told it holds a Venti size hot drink and paid for a Venti. When I got home I measured it and it only holds 16 oz. That is a Grande. So I was overcharged.

The place is dirty and run down. Everything is behind the counter. So inconvenient. Plus the staff not so friendly. Drinks just so so. Could see why they're closing shops. Thumbs down for overpriced caps....

On days I come here in the mornings, the drinks are horrible and not made correctly (even the ones I’ve ordered from their menu). Customer service is not the greatest when you’re using their drive thru. No greetings, no you’re welcome, and a lot of blank faces. I’ve ordered once inside and it was decent service inside.I’ve started to drive the extra mile to another location.

Place is nice but people are dumb unfriendly. It was 7:50pm and a employee came to tell me the lobby closes in 10 mins. Online it says it closes at 9pm

I'm house-sitting near this Starbucks. I went there yesterday and was asked if I wanted my Chai the "new way or the old way" I asked the difference and the new way has water in it.THE NEW WAY IS WATERED DOWN.Today I went back anyway and asked for a pup cup with my watered-down chai (I was not offered the old way) and was told they are running low on whipped cream.Is California suffering some sort of dairy shortage that I can't find on Google?!?I'm giving the service all the stars because the folks who were working are not responsible for this, and they were patient and explained the shortcomings clearly, but, dang. I've got a real anywhere but here feeling about this particular Starbucks location.

Grande white chocolate mocha. Once the whip cream melted this much room was in the cup. Coffee is expensive. Why not give me the complete serving?

Friendly staff. Fast service and this place actually still has power outlets. A big win for me.I've spend thousands of dollars over the years working from Starbucks when I have to travel. The lastest trend in the CA Starbucks is to remove the outlets. Sad because Starbucks was started as a way for road warriors to be able to work, as well as be around people when they work. (It can get lonely working by computer at times)Loved this place. Definitely would come back when I'm in the area.

Will be avoiding this Starbucks in the future. I did an app order, but they closed the store. Instead of letting me go in to get the drink I could see in the counter, I had to wait in the drive through line with everyone paying, and it took awhile. That's the whole point of ordering ahead and then I was running late. Ridiculous.
