I wish I could give this place negative stars for the way my children and I were treated. Absolutely disgusting! My toddler needed to use the restroom, I check to see what the sign on the restroom door says. “Out of service” it did not say “for customers only”. I would’ve GLADLY bought something for my babies to use the bathroom. The worker says “UHM EXCUSE ME??” With the most attitude and repulsive look on her face. I ask her what’s the problem. She said the restroom is for customers only. I told her I would’ve bought something but your sign says out of service, I assume it’s broken so I didn’t bother to ask any questions. I’m onto the next. She rolls her eyes and goes about her business. That is not how you treat people. Especially children. Starbucks across the lot was excellent service and got my dollars

went in there to see if they had a side of lime i could buy and she said “no i only have enough for my tacos” after i politely asked “do you guys by chance have a side of limes” .. rude old lady.

Should’ve read the reviews before eating here. $20 for 2 tacos and a drink. Tacos where atrocious and had no flavor

The food wasn't good, service was bad, atmosphere just wasn't there.ill never go back.spent 65.00 for a bad time

It is very sad that their service and food is not the same anymore. I used to go there more often. Today I went there to grab my dinner but the lady does not have any customer service manners. No greetings and she seemed very rude. I ordered a super burrito with carne asada for togo. Came back home to realize that they put extra dry chicken in my burrito. The food quality is very poor. Not going again. I should have checked the reviews.

I had went in there twice this week actually. The first time I wanted a breakfast burrito, we weren't greeted so we left.Today I went in there. Super starving right after hitting the club up. I thought she was on a phone order when I hear her mention her $24 credit. So we decided to leave. Had she'd been more customer friendly we might had stayed. Maybe if she had greeted us. But the atmosphere is rude they don't acknowledge you until you're leaving. I get better service from Holistic Healing Collective. Don't waste your time or your money. She didn't even acknowledge us until we told her she was too busy. Maybe if she had put the phone down she would of made more than her credit. Poor business, poorly ran. Rude people. Will not be going there. We went to Super Super Express Next to Jack in the box on Dam rd. Way better, nicer, they're ready to serve you and greet you. We even went to the smoke shop where they're ALWAYS ON THEIR PHONE! But they've never made me feel as low as that woman did. Fire her. Disgusting. Will be leaving a review on Yelp too. Need to stop paying top dollar for poor service. If you can't greet your customers when they enter find a different job. Maybe McDonald's where you'll be in the back flipping burgers.

Had the carne asada fries. I like to compare them from different taco shop since they are my favorite. Meat and fries must be good! I can say the fries were great because of the size, cut and portion. I dont like mine too thin or soggy. The meat was very tasty and was also a decent amount. I could taste the beef and did not feel greasy or fatty like other places I've tried. I like that there was guac, cheese and sour cream. They top it with pico, which I think gives it a nice touch. And I recommend the hot salsa with it! Lady was very friendly and the restaurant was very clean and nicely decorated. I can see why customers have come in to become regulars like the one they have posted on their back wall. I was surprised by some of the ratings because it did not seem bad at all to me. But like someone else mentioned in the reviews years ago, maybe someone is being vindictive when they review a bad experience.

The sauce on my wet burrito was the ONLY thing that saved my burrito..the grilled chicken was either very old or overcooked, and was very dry and hard. My bad for not going to portumex. Had to put extra sour cream to get pass the dryness. Not worth the $14:50 I paid?

WAAY! TO EXSPENSIVE FOR WHAT I RECIVED Are you kidding me $4 for street tacos only onions and cilantro no salsa a little bag of chips and this tiny cup salsa for the chips.. 3 TACOS COST ME 13 BUCKS..

Came here to grab lunch, and got a burrito with chicken, rice, and beans. It was greasy and the lady who helped me was not friendly whatsoever. Came with some chips and no salsa. I was hungry but unable to eat my food.

The worst chili relleno I have ever had. Taco was terrible too. Adding a fountain soda at $3.75 and I paid a total $16. Not even close to worth it.

Chicken super burrito was the worst SB I’ve had, especially in CA. No flavor everything tasted dirty. The horchata was straight syrup, I didn’t even finish my food or drink. Disappointed.
