Completely different prices in the restaurant than the entire internet info. Menus didn’t even look like they belonged there.
Something absolutely fishy about this!

Wings could be crispier but Isaac was awesome! Service with a smile. Thank you!

Fish and chips was good nothing to write home about but good! Bartender was attentive to my order and took care of me and plus it was convenient since I was staying at the hotel.

My lemon risotto tasted like Rice-a-Roni, wasn't creamy in the slightest and definitely not worth the $30. This place was a step above cafeteria food and not worth what they charge. Service was alright and the seating area was clean, but that's not saying much.

Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for food.

I had two fantastic meals at the 2800 Kitchen & Lounge at the DoubleTree at the Port of Los Angeles. For dinner, the Tostadas were yummy and with corn tortillas crisp enough that I could pick them up to eat. I also ordered Seasonal Vegetables, which were fresh and cooked to perfection. For breakfast, the Avocado Toast with hard boiled egg was also excellent, and came with the perfect complement of fresh fruit. Definitely coming here again.

I do not recomend this place to anyone. If you are staying here and need somewhere to eat, call a ride and go somewhere else.

The service was incredibly poor, the host said virtually nothing to us and that continued to the server who took our order and then vanished for almost 20 minutes while both of our water glasses were empty.

The kitchen brought out our food and we were very dissapointed. The chicken noodle soup was on par with canned soups while charging $14.
The carne asada tacos served with chips and salsa in actuality were three very dry tacos served with 5 chips and roughly two tablespoons of storebought salsa.
On a smaller but annoying note, both of our meals were stated to be served with a lime and instead came with a lemon.

After eating our food, both of our waters had been empty since we got our food from the kitchen and we had not seen our server once. We had to flag him down to even pay our bill.

As someone who works in the service industry I can understand not getting exceptional service everywhere, but we got NO SERVICE, and like other reviews point out there is already a 20% gratuity applied hidden on one of the recipts.

Overall this experience has been exseptionally poor and I hope no one else has to dine here and get the service we recieved.

I’m not happy at all, I use to come and unwind here all the time, staying in the hotel but this really disappoint me beyond my expectations. Beside being charge for high cost food plus additional 20% service charges when I order at the restaurant and not a room service. Waited and pick it up myself. I am questioning the management of this renowned establishment.? In the hard time like this I would gladly give a generous tip but this time I didn’t. The chicken wings were not appropriate sizes. It’s unappetizing looks like a left over bones.I didn’t argued because I didn’t want them to messing with my food but this is what I got honestly. This time they did a horrible service. They should be equal to everyone.

Aug 2, 2025 = brutally slow breakfast service. 20% tip automatically added into check was an absolute joke.

Food quality similar to Denny’s.

Mold growing on ceiling vents.

Eat elsewhere.

The food is ok, but it's one of those places that automatically charge you a 20% tip. Then ask for more, hoping you dont notice, so if you're just getting a Togo order I would just look at one of the other many restaurants near by instead of paying nearly 30 dollars for a salad

If you want the Baked Catch of the day (Salmon), then you should also like dry and burnt food.

My party was given such poor and resentful service at the bar, I have no desire to ever walk through their doors again.

One of those places that doesn’t have to be good but is.

Wow! For a restaurant in a Hilton, completely filthy. Rude unprofessional, unknowledgable staff. Uses juice glasses for water glasses, doesn't refill waters, doesn't ask if you want condiments. Zero hospitality. As a former food and beverage director for hilton properties I was embarrassed for them.

I love a meal that tastes like grandma made it
