If you have tried Bulk Jerky, then you know. If not, You can pick it up locally here. While it's also available online, they do many of the shipments from here, it's nice to be able to walk in and look at all of the flavors, including many of the exotic ones. See pictures. Very helpful. Friendly service. Their brisket jerky is very tender and flavorful. They also have rubs and other items. Shop local!

Some of the best jerky I've ever had. Miller is always very helpful when it comes to picking out what kind of jerky I want even if I don't know myself. I've never been dissatisfied with any of his suggestions. He must've tried every type of jerky in that place to be so knowledgeable. They always have a good selection of exotic jerky and the duck jerky they recently added is amazing!

Wow! The Nevada Garlic Head Jerky was the BEST jerkey I've ever tasted! It had a nice soft consistency but sticky and pleasant outer texture...! Haven't been disappointed yet! Also, great customer service. Miller was helpful and gave great descriptions of the different types of jerky.

Some of the driest, disgusting flavors of beef ever. I had 4 different bags all different flavors and not one was good. Need teeth made out of steel to chew this. I wouldn’t ever buy this again and if people really love this then they need to get out more.

NOT a rating for the store itself, but the company behind the company number. HORRIBLE at answering phones. Never got to speak to anyone after trying for an HOUR. Dont bother calling them, you wont get ahold of anyone.Horrible.

There are other times - recently (order date of June 8, 2020) - where they sent the wrong product (like beef sticks and not jerky). Then they sent me a return label for the wrong product, but gave me no timeline or communication when I receive the correct product. It's 3:33 PM now - and I'm disputing the charge today at 5PM. I echo the other reviewers here on customer service.. it's honestly very mixed at best... they did replace moldy jerky package once, but it took them a long time to respond by email. Having me send back the wrong order - though - and wasting my time on a return is a problem - moreover not receiving the correct order.

No jerky is worth $8 for 3 ounces or 5lb bag deal at $140.....thats like an ice cream company selling a little pint of ice cream for $50.....that better have gold flakes in it instead of vanilla beans

Absolute worst customer experience with this company. I usually order 10-12 bags of product per order from this company and I received a bad batch of jerky which took them 1 month to reply to my initial inquiry of why the product was brick hard. After being told that some “new product” would be sent (only 2 bags), I never received the product as was told that it “may” have been sent to my brothers. 1. My brother has never brother ordered from this place and I have never lived with my brother. 2. It took them 3 weeks for this reply from the time that they said they would send within a few days. 3. I’ve told the company I didn’t receive the product and no response has been received since (going on 4 weeks now). Very bad service for a normally great tasting product. They don’t care about their returning customers and I won’t be giving my money to them anymore. Especially for the high price.
