Chipotle Mexican Grill

Disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. The staff barely sprinkles cheese on the food, even when asked for a normal portion. It honestly feels like they’re acting as if the food is coming out of their own pocket. We are paying customers, and the portions especially toppings like cheese should reflect that. Consistency and customer service really need improvement here.

None of the food I have here or in any Chipotle is edible. I would pause and wait to see if it has changed but I don’t think the food will ever be palatable. Never again.

19.00 for a steak quesadilla, what a rip off. 7 straps of steak little to no cheese and it was burnt?? 76.00 order what a waste of money

Based on my background in retail and food service, I understand the demands of customer-facing roles. I visit this location several times a month, and most of the staff consistently provide excellent service. However, I have encountered ongoing issues with one employee, Angel. I am not sure whether he is a manager, but his interactions with customers are consistently hostile, and he often appears visibly unhappy to be assisting guests.

While I recognize that these roles can be emotionally and physically demanding, professionalism and customer service remain essential responsibilities. For the benefit of both customers and the work environment, it may be more appropriate for Angel to be assigned to duties that do not involve direct customer interaction.

So I have to give this review here you know about chipotle yeah and you can chime in if you want so the bowl get that one its the best you can eat it with or with a fork I’d like to get the steak the white rice and the pinto beans and then like the hot sauce The cheese no guacamole cause they charge you like 3bucks but if you get a little bit of extra steak the little cut up cubes it’s $6.05 plus tax so a 1285 steak bowl with extra steak is the $22 nothing else no no no guacamole nothing excluding a drink so I mean that’s a rip off and the people there they’re pretty damn greedy when you ask for something oh no no no I can’t I can’t we’re gonna have to charge you just a little bit more of this you know yeah they’re not scooping it right it’s like a half a spoon I do like getting the steak I get it like probably once every six months yeah so the 1285 is not bad but the extra steak that’s you know I half the cost of the burrito and they only give me a small tiny little plastic cup probably like a few cubes of meat Yeah if I knew that I wouldn’t have got it and then they’re demanding and pushy extra tortilla don’t forget to charge him $.50 extra tortilla $.50 you know I like the dining room the inside and the shopping plaza it’s right next to the Longshoreman credit union and then they have the Jersey Mike’s subs which is a place that I do like anyways it’s close to home so I always get the club sub With pickles and I get it Mike’s way so AnyWho long story short yeah they’re pretty picky and penny pinchers and greedy with the portions I like the food but their greedy with the portions so it’s a tossup AnyWho

Usually when I go to Chipotle I order me a bowl I went to Chipotle tonight and I asked for a bowl double brown rice double beans the meat that I wanted they didn't have enough I asked the girl if I could have some other than me that they were making in the back for I guess to go orders she said if I do that she has to charge me double and I'm like double you barely even gave me any chicken you gave me the leftovers tonight service was just horrible

There has been multiple mishaps at this specific chipotle every time we ordered. One time, we ordered a chicken burrito with guacamole with no lettuce online and paid the extra fee. However, upon picking up, there was no guacamole in the burrito and was just filled with lettuce instead.
The next time we came in, when paying for the burrito, the girl at the cashier was lazy when we confronted a mistake in our burrito order. We asked for guacamole on the side in order to use a chipotle deal and mentioned it multiple times while she was making the burrito. However, the girl ignored our request and did not care to double check the order.

I don't usually take time to write reviews but, in this case I have to tell you that the chicken had so much fat on it I couldn't believe it! Chipotle use to be good but now the quality is down to the ground. I say if your desperate and that's the only place in sight then by all means feed your soul.

I come to this Chipotle all the time, and it’s consistently great! The food is fresh, the service is fast, and the atmosphere is welcoming. I want to give a big thank you to Sorelle – she’s always so kind, attentive, and makes every visit feel personal. Amazing service like hers is why I keep coming back!

Very good food and cooked fresh

I don't like this location. I've only been to Chipotle twice one in Vegas & one in Lake Elsinore and they were pretty good but this one? Ugh. I came in around 3-4pm and it was empty 🚩should've left right then. Everything by this time was basically cold left overs, the food was bland and nasty, the steak had alot of fat on it and I mean ALOT and then they had the audacity to be stingy with the portions like their food is that good. A waste of $17. I'll pass on Chipotle altogether.

dine in energy feels unbalanced for some odd reason so I got my food to go but service is alright.

I gave a 4 in the atmosphere, and the place needed a bit of attention on the cleanliness.
