The human have stopped here for ice cream. We've had good experiences , customer service has been good, place looks decently clean. The ice cream is good. Only 4 stars instead of 5 is because it's a bit overpriced for what you get. Still recommend for your sugar cravings. 4 bones. Woof!

Thee absolute worst service I've ever experienced at a cold stone. Came here for some evening ice cream, I get when it's a little late, no one wants to be at work and perhaps tired, but you never know who you'll encounter, so it's best to at least show some respect and be polite, at the least. Both workers didn't seem to want to be there at all so they didn't speak. I chose not to order due that alone.

I love Ice Cream, who doesn't. The experience should be much better. Workers here appear to have an attitude or maybe it's because they hire little kids to do an adult Job? I use to come alot years ago and sit outside and e joy my Ice cream, now they have removed the tables and chairs no where to sit down. Nice location but little done wright.
If I could give this location zero stars I would I had called the place to see what time they close and the young lady I spoke to told me that they close at 10:15 I arrived at 10:05 in the doors were locked and they would not let me in the woman at this place was very rude. She stated that they were closed when she had previously told me they close at 10:15 I will never come back to this location it is such a disappointment that this generation of young kids want to leave early and do not want to work their full shift that is not how you get rewarded in life. The owner needs to hire better people that actually want to work a full day's of work to get paid and not take the easy way out. 0 stars for laziness and rudeness.

They fill the bowl up half way. The employee rang up my order with my mothers and then tried to charge me again for my order. I asked for additional toppings and they ignored me. It was just an unfortunate experience.
