I literally come here everyday and eat, the staff is 50/50 half of them are cool polite and get stuff done correctly the other half seem like they just don't care about good service. On top of that , the lady that I see there which I believe is the manager, she's the oldest mexican lady that works there never wears gloves I always see her sweep in the drive through, touching the counters, walking in the back and then she'll come right back to the front and back grab a handful of cheese and throw it on a taco while every other employee there is wearing gloves. I've mentioned it once before to another employee discreetly and they said that they would mention it but that they were only required to wash their hands not wear gloves, still today I just was in line was ready to order me a burger until I seen who was making the burgers and what is she doing? the same exact thing come from the back room doing whatever she's doing she had some package in her hand and then goes straight to the grill flipping the burgers throwing them on the Buns adding the condiments and lettuce and tomato with no gloves that's just a deal breaker for me I just started using the app and got excited to use my little deals here and there but at this point I don't want to even go to that Del Taco if she's on shift mind you she's pretty polite and nice she just needs to wear gloves. Unacceptable, specially working with food especially after you are wiping counters down touching the broom handles it's very disgusting. I was going to ask politely if she can wear gloves but then I feel that that's going to cause some confrontation because I'm asking somebody to do their job correctly. I'd rather just avoid the confrontation as I'm sure many customers feel the same way the couple people that I've mentioned it too agree that that is gross and they won't be eating there no more.

You need to hire new workers for the morning shift. Both of them charged me. While using points. Hire ones that want to work, not fool around with each other. That was the last time I was there. So Ive already made it right. Location San Pedro. Soon as he closed the window. He turned his back on me and continued talking to his co worker. Smh You wonder why this restaurant has the lowest rating, from the others. Should move them to a different location. A higher rating restaurant. If they mess up again, fire them.

If I could give 0 I would. Long story kinda short. I ordered in the app, sent my husband to pick up, they gave him the wrong order so I went back. I thought I was simply missing items the I realized I was given the completely wrong order. When I told the older guy that was working there he laughed at me and said come what it are you missing items or what. I offered to show him my receipt in the app and he said no that is too many items. I don't think I'll ever go back. I've never been treated so rude before. Unbelievable.
UPDATE: The manager contacted me personally and apologized. She offered me a free item if I wanted to come in when she was there. Well done.

My food was cold, the service was HORRIBLE, and the place was dirty. Worse Del Taco I have ever been to. I have been to several in Vegas, AZ , Michigan etc

It's fast food, but, they got my special requests right! No Secret Menu stuff, just well done, extra cheese, etc. I can't tell you how many places completely ignore your requests when you go through the drive-thru AND tell them you are willing to park and wait. So frustrating! Kudos to Del Taco San Pedro, Western!!

You need to review your order for accuracy. I ordered the double cheeseburger combo with only one slice of cheese and received a single cheeseburger. Disappointing!
