“I believe this place steam cooks the hot dogs which is great other stores are microwaving the hotdogs and it’s usually overcooked almost to dehydrated, so that’s why I spend more time driving here to get my food . Some of the workers do have an attitude so I make sure to have them repeat my order to me so there will be no issues.“

“My husband and I stayed at the Long Beach Hyatt Regency hotel for a work convention this weekend. We were looking for nearby eats to enjoy eating by the pier and pleasantly found Tugboat Pete’s! I couldn’t recommend this place more if you’re looking for a quick bite while walking around the area— kind service, affordable and high quality warm flavorful food! We got the Chicago style jumbo hot dog and frito pie and it definitely filled us. There’s tables facing the water so it was also very nice to just enjoy the seaside weather while we ate. You know when you're eating food at one of those special places and you stop and ask yourself.. it this really THIS good?? It's the best, bar none, and it's not even close.

Get the Würst - sunny side up is a MUST. The burrito is filled to the brim with gooey runny egg and the way everything goes together is *chef's kiss*.
I also highly recommend swapping to Kielbasa. Almost no places in the greater LA area even have Kielbasa, so having that alongside all this food is amazing.

The other options are no slouch either - the fries are great (although the tots I'd say are mid), the burgers with eggs are awesome and have the delicious hawaiian bread (Ringer + fried egg = so good).

I really liked the Reservoir Hog too - you can't go wrong with Kielbasa.

“First time ever having Five Guys, and I get the hype now. I’m officially obsessed with the peanuts—ALL the peanuts. 🥜 Didn’t realize until afterward that the fries are cooked in peanut oil, which explains why they’re so addictive. The Cajun fries? Total game-changer—spicy, crunchy, and packed with flavor.

I ordered a junior burger combo (of course added jalapeños because I love everything spicy 🌶️), plus a plain unseasoned patty on the side for my dog. He was just as happy as I was. The burger was fresh, juicy, and loaded with toppings exactly how I wanted it.

Honestly, I have nothing negative to say. If anything, I’d love it if they had at least some beer on the menu—seems like it would pair perfectly. 🍔🍟🍺

It was the best grilled cheese.I wanted to see my dog's reaction of a hamburger. He smelledit first and he finished the hamburger in a minute. I can tell hereally loved it. After he finished the hamburger, he was still licking the dish. I did not try the hamburger, but the hamburger patty looked fresh and juicy. I could tell it was made with fresh meat and not frozen meat.Five Guys restaurant 's specialty was the hamburger & I didn't try the hamburger, but I really enjoyed the grilled cheese sandwich Also my dog enjoyed the tasty hamburger. Next time, I will try their specialty hamburger.I liked their great services and complementary of peanuts.Only thing is the price of their foods are little expensive than other places, but they make all foods ,from fresh ingredients.And you can have a hamburger with your own choices of toppings and free bag of peanuts too.If you like old-fashioned hamburger or grilled cheese sandwichI will recommend this "Five Guys Restaurant"..“

“Customer service is always good and their "all beef" mustard dogs are top of the line. What can I say about their french fries, well they are simply the best amd have been for years and years now. Don't forget the DQ Dairy ice cream (you cannot get better ice cream). Most people don't know about it and the ice creams history, but I remember when going to DQ Dairy Queen was the best place on earth to go for a cheeseburger or an ice cream sundae. And just think you can still get the ice cream at Der Wienerschnitzel. I only wish I could find out where I could buy their hot dogs to have at home. They must have some secret drug in them or some magical ingredient LOL. I did outgrow the regular hot dog after having the all beef one! The only negative I can add about this location is there speaker it sucks but if you get past that it's all good. And as of June 2022 they are now open till midnight again.“

“Had corn dogs and ordered a hot dog with Mac and cheese, a newer item, and it was ok. The corn dogs were a bit greasier than I've had them before. I got the hot dog with Mac and cheese, but they accidentally put chilli on top as well, it was alright either way though.“
