Customer service is TERRIBLE. I saw some other comments about the African American girl that works there, she is rude and disrespectful. Glad I wasn’t the only one who’s had terrible experiences here.I’ve had two terrible encounters this the first one I ignored, didn’t feel like dealing with it so I just left. This time she said a disrespectful comment to me and my partner while we were looking at the menu, she said it very loud. Her co workers as well just went along with it smiling and laughing. Thinking we didn’t hear, we just walked out and left. We went down the street to boba time , customer service there is way better. Workers are actually nice and friendly. Plus their prices definitely beat Jamba Juice and so does their menu. Shes probably mad Boba times taking them out of business who knows. Suprised they haven’t fire the African American girl after all these complaints on her.
African American girl very rude went in and heard her say a rude comment about us, left and did not buy anything. told a close family member about her and they also told me she was very rude. Never going back.

I used to come to this location all the time and am sad to say their service has plummeted. I ordered a smoothie, waffle and a pretzel. I then asked if I could please use their restroom as there was a sign posted saying the restroom was for employees only. I wanted to give the employee the opportunity to clarify maybe the sign was there to ward off miscreants etc. No, as a customer purchasing food and beverage I was denied the restroom and when I asked for clarification if the restroom was out of order she stated no, the restroom is reserved for employees only. On top of that the environment was overall unwelcoming. I was not greeted with a friendly welcome when I arrived and the employee seemed annoyed when I was unsure the sizes they had for drinks. They also have signage posted for customers stating that they are not to wait near the counter and to rather wait against the glass wall/door. It was unprofessional and just cold. To top it all off my waffle was smashed and soggy as if it were heated in the microwave instead of toasted (as it should have been). Really disappointed to have to leave a review like this especially form a location I used to love going to so much.
Terrible service experience the black girl did want to take our order she told us to use the kiosk and so you know right behind us was a black man and she took his order and to make it worse she us to move so she could take his order we did not say anything we just placed our order and of course the black man got his order first talk about racism coming from a black Person you would think they would know better and would know that racism is not ok

I was hesitant to try this place again b/c the first time I took my mom here and both of our smoothies were almost tasteless. How is strawberry banana mango tasteless? Anyways, figured I’d give them another shot. Well today, the black girl with the blonde hair behind the counter had a visible attitude when I walked in. Looked up but didn’t speak. She’s a perfect example of how to run away good business. Providing good customer service is a must so I happily walked right back out! Won’t be going here again.

Great job on the drink
Love stopping by here for smoothies (acai super antioxidant is a lifesaver)..staff is friendly and they know my order! Kamani and Chastity were kind and professional, there's another young gentleman that works nights and he's always helpful too. :-)
This is beginning to get very frustrating. I come twice a week when I get off work so it’s always around 6/7/8pm and they always say they don’t have juices when I know they’re lying. I ask the manager jessenia or Jessica and she says they have no juices but when I come earlier they always have it. I came late a few times this week around 8:45 and today and the store is always shut down with the lights off when they do not close until 9 online. I think they are denying items because they do not want to make them at a certain time. I have to drive all the way to Rolling hills this is ridiculous.

I came for an Uber order and the employees ignored me...they served people who arrived after me...it took them an hour to serve me and with a bad face
I came in on Thursday last week Jessica was very helpful she recommended the fresh carrot juice and mentioned one of the new bowls and it was absolutely delicious will definitely be returning
