Since I'm a very picky Japanese food eater, I tend to avoid anything that might be Japanese where it's not 100% Japanese. That said, I do enjoy the Thai food here. It's decent and filling. The staff are polite and I like it because it's in walking distance for me.
I have tried some Japanese-ish food like the lobster rolls or teriyaki chicken. Those dishes weren't bad if you consider them more California Asian cuisine. The prices are what you might expect these days for a spot like this. They do have lunch time specials so I think those are worth making the trip if you're in the area and want some decent Thai etc or something different.

The Crab and steak fired rice was soooo good. The tempura samon rolls were amazing, and the egg rolls didn't disappoint

Service has changed at this place. Our forks came with log black piece of hair in it...gross. Greasy tables and chairs now. Server woman didn't speak any English, she could not understand what is wrong with beer, our beer was warm, because they slowly with the spoon remove all the foam. This place became dirty and awful, we won't come back anymore.

**EDIT**7/22/24 went to go for a second time and sat down at the bar again this time noticed a crawling insect on the glass to the food wrapping paper. My husband then said that is a roach let’s go and we did. Very his heartening to see this at a place we thought had great service.
The sushi options are AMAZING. Sushi was fresh and perfectly prepared. The ginger and wasabi was fresh ! The ambience was great ! The portions are great for pricing. The miso soup was flavorful with a great amount of seaweed. The teriyaki chicken was cooked to perfect with a terrific sauce.
