Usually fast but today they seem more worried on preparing online orders that they just let walk in customers stand there while they play with online receipts. Please just make orders as they come. Am I old fashioned to think a business should cater to customers who take the time to walk in to their establishment. Very slow service on top of poor variety of choices for bread tonight. Crew acts like they are scared to even talk to customers and make their orders. Either better training and customer interaction or get another job.

My parents got sick from ordering a turkey sandwich from this location recently, and after warning the employees, they did absolutely nothing. They could not have cared less. Which was disappointing because my parents like Jersey Mike's. And yes, they ate the sandwich at an optimal time and condition. They didn't want to complain about the situation but guess what, food poisoning is a serious issue and as a former Chipotle employee, we actually took issues like that seriously. Well, at least at my store. Id

I asked for number 17 suppose to come with pepper. It's was none in it. Get back inside told the guy in front he starte telling me that I order it like that. Even the cashier correct him. He open my sandwich dig in it find one pepper and showed to me I was like what... very rude very unprofessional... to the point I just left the food... I need to talk to manager or somebody in corporate office. This is not acceptable...

I ordered a chicken sandwich without lettuce and I received an over-toasted sub with lettuce on the sandwich and pieces of beef inside the wrapper. Food handling skills and ability to read instructions are severely lacking in this place. They have gone downhill over the last few orders. Did the good employees quit?
Food was still technically edible so I ate it, but I wasn't happy with it. Picking shredded lettuce out of a sandwich is a PITA and I didn't ask for the job. Two stars because I believe One Star is for the truly horrible. This was just bad.

6/4/24 I had an incredibly disrespectful experience at the Jersey Mikes San Pedro location. Upon leaving, I felt compelled to share my feedback about one of the workers on duty tonight. The way the kids handled the food showed they have no lack of experience or knowledge in food handling. One particular worker was notably slow in his work, lazily cutting the sandwiches in a manner that appeared both sloppy and unsanitary, even tossing the knife carelessly. His lazy approach was evident as he cut and wrapped the sandwiches, showing little regard for efficiency or quality. Moreover, as he placed the items in the bag, he nearly tore it due to his careless actions, resulting in a very disorganized and unprofessional presentation. Also, seeing how dirty the cutting board was not a good environment for something I’m about to eat to be on. They couldn’t even figure out how to give me a receipt which wasn’t a big deal but super unprofessional. The whole experience left me feeling incredibly dissatisfied, to the point where I have made the decision never to return to this Jersey Mikes location again. They also forgot to put mayo and mustard on all sandwiches and had to switch breads since they made a mistake putting all toppings from one bread to another. Overall a negative experience. Was definitely not worth $70

The people that work here a very friendly and kind doing the extra mile when it comes to their customers and they always try to deliver on their sub above promise making the sandwiches with care and how they should be made
Dietary restrictions: They are willing to do whatever they need to meet your dietary restrictions like putting a paper down or making sure your sub is being handled with care and properly
Kid-friendliness: The team is very kid friendly even offering free cookies or small drinks to kids when able to
Wheelchair accessibility: The team has been known to open doors for people who can't open it themselves being very patient and having the best manners

Wheelchair accessibility: The group working there has always opened doors to those who are in a situation where they can not open it themselve
