6/4/24 I had an incredibly disrespectful experience at the Jersey Mikes San Pedro location. Upon leaving, I felt compelled to share my feedback about one of the workers on duty tonight. The way the kids handled the food showed they have no lack of experience or knowledge in food handling. One particular worker was notably slow in his work, lazily cutting the sandwiches in a manner that appeared both sloppy and unsanitary, even tossing the knife carelessly. His lazy approach was evident as he cut and wrapped the sandwiches, showing little regard for efficiency or quality. Moreover, as he placed the items in the bag, he nearly tore it due to his careless actions, resulting in a very disorganized and unprofessional presentation. Also, seeing how dirty the cutting board was not a good environment for something I’m about to eat to be on. They couldn’t even figure out how to give me a receipt which wasn’t a big deal but super unprofessional. The whole experience left me feeling incredibly dissatisfied, to the point where I have made the decision never to return to this Jersey Mikes location again. They also forgot to put mayo and mustard on all sandwiches and had to switch breads since they made a mistake putting all toppings from one bread to another. Overall a negative experience. Was definitely not worth $70

The people that work here a very friendly and kind doing the extra mile when it comes to their customers and they always try to deliver on their sub above promise making the sandwiches with care and how they should be made
Dietary restrictions: They are willing to do whatever they need to meet your dietary restrictions like putting a paper down or making sure your sub is being handled with care and properly
Kid-friendliness: The team is very kid friendly even offering free cookies or small drinks to kids when able to
Wheelchair accessibility: The team has been known to open doors for people who can't open it themselves being very patient and having the best manners

Kid-friendliness: They give out cookies to children sometimes showing their caring and friendliness and willing to help people out
Wheelchair accessibility: The group working there has always opened doors to those who are in a situation where they can not open it themselve

5/5/24 These people that work here do not seem to care to get your order right. My order was messed up multiple times. Ive tried giving this place a chance in the past but its been so many times that i just know they dont care. The black worker with the dreds that claims to be the manager got my order wrong and the 3 other people i was with orders wrong too. Horrible experience horrible customer service . Horrible food. Dont come here. Save your time and your money. They didnt even believe that they messed up on our orders and we had to literally show them what they messed up on with the food. Literally digging through the sandwhich so they can see. . At that point it was just so unenjoyable . We went with the hopes of eating our sandwhich and instead just spent the whole time having to prove that they messed up. No it was not during rush hour. This was literally already 8 o clock in the evening. Theres No work ethic anymore.

My first time eating at Jersey mikes.. a friend recommended their subs and brought me here. He ordered about 100$ worth of food and only got about 50$ worth.. I never eaten this and he spoke highly, but even he was disappointed and felt embarrassed because he spoke so highly about the Philly cheese steaks.. well, anyways… I will never come back to Jersey mikes on my own dime due to this experience. These kids need to get their stuff together.. and only then, I’ll consider coming back to this location.

3/8/24This afternoon,After ordering 2 regular Italian sandwiches and watching these teenagers prepare the food I could immediately tell that these children have no food handling health safety experience. It reflects in the taste of the food. I have been to other jersey mike locations where the food tasted much better. You can fool some of the people some of the time, but not all of the people all of the time.
I waited 25 minutes for my sandwich. They said they were short staffed and there are 5 people working. This place is not managed well at all AND they made me the wrong sandwich after a half hour wait.

Placed an order at 940am for a pick up at 1015am...staff tasked with checking on line orders did not check...walked in at 1013am and my sandwich was not done...I advised employee that I was there for a pick which she replied "there are no online orders" prior to checking the system. The employee soon discovered she was wrong and instead of addressing me or saying wait sorry l, here it is, she mumbled something under her breath and walked away. I had to ask..did you say there are no online order after she returned from grabbing something in the back. Then she said..what's your name...I gave her my name and she stated..oh, here it is...it. not ready...several people were in line having their sandwiches made and I didn't want it to appear as if I was being treated in a special way so I opted to cancel my order.
