3/8/24This afternoon,After ordering 2 regular Italian sandwiches and watching these teenagers prepare the food I could immediately tell that these children have no food handling health safety experience. It reflects in the taste of the food. I have been to other jersey mike locations where the food tasted much better. You can fool some of the people some of the time, but not all of the people all of the time.

I mean you can't really screw up a pre-fab, chain sandwich so that's at least good here but this is the slowest, worst managed store ever. Just be prepared to wait a long, long time when it's not busy. Or place a mobile order and save yourself a lot of time.

I walk in and there are no customers. I ordered giant chicken Philly steak sandwich. The girl takes my order, she doesn't give me a ticket to pay at register so I wait while they serve customers who walked in after me. I asked her how should I pay and she says don't worry we are making it. I just paid at the register with no ticket and they didn't give me a receipt either. She then realized she made the wrong sandwich, tried to blame me with no apology for her mistake (she even repeated my order when I initially placed my order ). Rude!! Owner beware, they're not writing up order tickets nor giving customers their receipts.

I waited 25 minutes for my sandwich. They said they were short staffed and there are 5 people working. This place is not managed well at all AND they made me the wrong sandwich after a half hour wait.

I came by after work for a sandwich. The service was super slow. The counter where they make the sandwiches was covered in oil and vinegar and other condiments so when my sandwich was slid down, the outside of the bread got covered in gunk. While I was ordering one of the coworkers from the back came out and asked the girl making my sandwich what she wanted from Starbucks while I was trying to describe what I wanted. I don't know since it was the evening they had the B team working but it was pretty disappointing. Also from the doors to about 5 feet inside was a huge puddle of water with a soaked cardboard box. Save your money and go to a different location

Very slow paced and sloppy work ethic from most of the staff who spent most of their time talking to each other. Waited over 20 minutes for an online order I made ahead of time TO AVOID WAITING 20 minutes. Arrived to them just starting my order at the pick up time.

the sandwiches are always a delight. i never knew how much of a sandwich person i could be until trying this fine sandwich place, it is much better than subway. i recommend getting a number 13 on the grill mikes way with banana peppers and honey mustard, you won't regret it. if you're able to catch the worker danielle make sure to get her to make your sandwich, she's a top tier sandwich maker! the store itself is lovely with a sort of beach-esque vibe

Not only do they have Good Sandwiches.They have Real Good Sandwiches.
I did an online order for pick up and when I walked in it smelled so good. My sandwich's were still warm and delicious, I ended up ordering the Philly cheesesteak, who ever made my sandwich that day; Thank You! because you made it with love, my sandwich was so good the next day I ordered another sandwich. tw

Wow, possibly the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. For the employees at jersey mikes, you all seem to look like you hate your jobs. To the girls with curly hair and a hat on with a nose piercing, you need find a new job. You were giving every single customer dirty looks. I'm pretty every single person was working slower than sloths. I have truly never seen anything like it.

Do NOT do an online order from here. Your food will come with nothing in it. Not sure how they can make a wrap and put nothing but the meat & cheese in it.
