I use to go to baskin robbins alot before trying la michoacana, now I am hooked! this place is so delicious & awesome they got so many varieties of desserts, ice cream, snacks & drinks that you can't decide because u want to try it all. I've even got my mom, my brother, & even my 9yr old who is so picky hooked. Lol

I was not satisfied with a delivery ordered placed yesterday, September 1st. I was ordering close to 8:30pm and was given a message to order within 8 minutes because the store was closing soon. I quickly placed an order, but received incorrect and missing items. It was evident the staff working that night cared more about leaving, than ensuring the accuracy of the order. If there were issues as to why my order couldn't be fulfilled properly than I would expect some kind of communication to me or my delivery driver. Just some feedback for your management team. The items that were received tasted good, so that is the only reason I didn't give a lower rating.

WOW, what an experience, the ice cream is absolutely delicious, so many flavors to try.. although watch out as some of the ice creams carry a premium price but for what you get the price is decent.. certainly not cheap but the ice cream is anything but cheap! Go try it you won't be disappointed

I got the Dubai Chocolate ice cream and it was absolutely delicious! Rich, smooth, and perfectly creamy — every bite felt like a luxury dessert. Highly recommend if you’re a chocolate lover!
This place is so cute and has a wide variety of amazing flavours. Paula took care of my order🥰 and got me a mystery cup because I just could not choose and OMG it was amazing!!! I'd come here everyday if I had no self control 😂 10/10 would recommend 👌

The slushies were delicious, and there was a wide variety to choose from; however, I do have two minor concerns. First, it was difficult to understand the ingredients of each item of their menu, as the descriptions were in Spanish without further explanation. Second, the pricing wasn't very clear. You got to ask, and it was like personally determined.

Great place to go get ice cream, along with many juice, smoothie, and many food options as well. Convenient location and is usually busy but never overly crowded so easy to get in quickly. Definitely our fave go to for ice cream in town.
