So today 10/28/24, I ordered a stuffed crust Peperoni Pizza. Now this is an order after at least 6mos on not eating there because, they got my last order wrong. So today I called in my order, picked it up, and they didn’t give me my stuffed crust Pizza. Instead they gave me the wrong order. I called to let them know, and they apologized, and stated, I paid for a regular Pizza. This was fine that I did not pay extra but this is the 2nd time in 6mos they haven’t gotten my order right. The guy on the phone even repeated my order back to me. So in the future I won’t be going back because, all the people who work there just ignore specialty called in orders, and just give you the old crappy, cold Pizzas in the warmer that want to get rid of! It’s too bad they suck so bad!!!! Zero stars! 👎

We liked the peperoni bites. The Detroit pizza was what we expected taste wise. For around $20, it was a good value and as we added a salad we got two dinners out of the order.
Ordered a cheese pizza and got meat pizza that I can't eat. They told us there was nothing they could do so it was a waist of time and money and the person working up front was no help. Go to literally any other location.

One of the quickest lil pizza joints anywhere!!! I was really impressed at how much this chain has improved the taste from lil Caesars of old but now it appears that they are going in the wrong direction in terms of Customer service in that many of them have been ignoring answering their phones since they started pushing ordering over the web & that just says to me that they really don't care about their customers they just want the money & that's lousy business for any food chain... Food is suppose to bring people together & should be a social experience not cold & impersonal!
