I am very impressed at this McDonald’s!! 5 gold stars!! The fountain soda in the lobby is fresh, they have a fresh ketchup spout, my fries were fresh, I got plenty of condiments, the staff was friendly and the restaurant is clean. I got a table closer to the bathroom and it’s not too noisy back here. Love this McDonald’s!!!

If u order a large medium or small fries they always give the same as in the small size . Medium and large fries all you get is a bigger fries bag . I ordered a large fries and it was less than half full I think I get more when I ordered the small fries plus they charge you almost like 10 bucks they’ll never give you more and then when you ask for ketchup when you have four orders they give you like three little packets then you have to keep asking them for more and more seems like I pay like 25 bucks or more when I get two for one Mc doubles a small fries and a drink
Aside from that all the bread on the burgers and sandwiches are chewy and stale they overlap the meat chicken or whatever they’re serving and it’s always dry and I’m just chewing on bread I’m done with McDonald’s they have to do something to come back
I’d like to add that the people that work in the drive-through they do a fantastic job of keeping the lines moving and doing their job I don’t think it’s their fault McDonald’s tells them to give the overpriced skimpy portions that they’re selling

They were absolutely packed inside with long drive through lines when we went. The lady who took our order was very sweet and kept a smile the whole time. I accidently spilled some of my blue freeze on myself and despite how busy they were, the guy took the time to top it off for me. Amazing, friendly, professional staff.

I tend to mostly do drive thru at later hours (after 9:30pm - 11pm) because of how hard it is for me to deal with Western Ave from my place. McDonalds is one of the few spots in the area that has fairly good hours for my availability at night. Also, their mobile ordering app is one of the best in terms of deals and rewards.
Most of the time the food is reasonably fresh. This can be very hit and miss depending on your location but I've found that the off hours are better (not always). I don't recall ever having a bad order from this one, meaning missing line items. The people I've interacted with have been pretty decent over the years I've been coming. Also, this is one of the few late night places you can find in this area.
That said, I do think they've changed their hours and cut down the 24 hour thing. In the past, I believe their computers for order go down (first place I've heard this happening btw) between 12-3am. So if you're desperate for food, you probably should go elsewhere during this time period or just carry cash. I don't know if mobile ordering is affected during this period because I figure A) those computers may be part of the mobile ordering; B) I really try to avoid those hours. This is my biggest complaint since I have weird hours and prefer very late night ordering to avoid traffic.
