If I have to do half of the work at McDonald's I should only have to pay half price on boycott McDonald's for going full kiosk. Kiosk are taking jobs. McDonald's is shrinking their food why are we still paying the prices we pay the McDonald's. Boycott boycott boycott never going to McDonald's again as long as they have a stupid machines and make me do all the work.

Fast, professional service and very welcoming atmosphere. I always ask for my chicken nuggets to be " made to order" which means they make it after you placed the order instead of giving you the previously made batch that's been sitting there for a little while . You can request anything on the menu to be made to order per their policy . Most of the time they follow through with that request but occasionally you get a lazy employee that tries to be slick and just give you the older batch which I honestly find to be so incredibly rude and disrespectful. Who wants to eat old, lukewarm, borderline cardboard nuggets? I'm sure they wouldn't so why sale them full price to customers ? Fortunately this visit made good on my request and they were fresh, hot and crispy !!! Very pleased !!

Poor customer service. No one wants to be a cashier and take orders .Not everyone knows how to use the self tellers or wants to do that and shouldn't have to either.
Mobile curbside pickup. 10 minutes before getting there. Then waited there for 10 minutes. Went inside to ask, and they hadn't even started it. Then they take more time to make it, and they still don't give me everything.
