Small place on 23rd and Pacific in San Pedro. Normally this kind of place you drive by. But do yourself a favor they're open for lunch and dinner only and got to stop and eat because you keep coming back.I've been eating there for 35 years. The owner is the chef right there in front of you. Snow does all her own prep work. Her son is the waiter and handles the counter and register. Pretty much a two-person show. Not your traditional spot. Snow has a handful of amazing dishes along with a weekly special and a frank, no nonsense demeanor. Love this place! Don't forget the FLAN! Like the spot, it is unique and out of this world!!
