I was on my way home from a client's house when I decided to pop in here and grab some wings. I had never been here before and I haven't eaten Pizza Hut in probably 25 years.
While the gentleman that helped me at the front counter was very sweet, I was extremely disappointed with the food.
The pizza was just so so and pretty flavorless. I ordered a three topping pizza and had very sparse toppings. The sauce was boring. Hardly any cheese. The crust was OK.
I also ordered a six piece of medium buffalo wings. For $13.00 I was extremely disappointed; and I didn't even get any ranch sauce on the side, nor any carrots and celery. It was pretty disappointing that they advertise themselves as a wing establishment, but want to charge you for a dipping sauce. Then they don't even offer the standard condiments that come with authentic buffalo wings. And I lived in NYC for 20 years, so I know good wings. And good Italian pizza 🍕
It was my first, AND LAST time spending $40 (for a medium sized pizza and some wings) at this subpar food establishment.

So my husband ordered a pizza, it was burnt, he called Inez and she hung up on him so he went in she just kept giving attitude how she don't need no tip or the job and we both left pretty salty, the crazy part is the manager jorge was there and being even more rude....

So inez says she's getting another job and how she dont need my tip that she refused to refund me because she hung up on me after a burnt pizza and jorge the agc or whatever backed her up.... I tipped and ordered a pizza expecting decent service and to rude employees inez and jorge

2 for 2 , back to back on messing up my drink orders. When you charge almost $6 for a 2 liter and it doesn’t show up or is the wrong drink there should be consequences. Never ordering here again. Do better
I ordered 2 pizzas with extra sauce and no garlic and they delivered no sauce and plenty of garlic. When I called, they called me a liar and refused to give their name. They also hung up on my fiancé and blocked his number, apparently. Completely rude.

They never showed up here with our order. They have been lazy in the past but this is 49 minutes after they closed and we never got a call back or anything. This is second time they did this to us. Bad service and shame on me for trying again to order a late dinner. I even tipped driver as well!

The manager who worked Tuesday night around the hours of 6pm is a deficit to the Pizza Hut name and should consider a new profession/occupation as being a manger is not in her focus. Customer satisfaction is not in her interest. Showing respect to those of different race , gender is not in her interests. Representing Pizza Hut in a professional manner is not in her Interest. Pizza quality is not in her interests.Quality Pizza and good customer service is all we’re here for. Disgrace to the city what the manger , pizza quality and customer service being offered here .

My experience was horrible And the Customer service was really horrible ,the guy with the curly hair attitude really sucks and he need to get that stick out his azz or get a new job !
