So I ordered 3 pizzas from Pizza Hut.. I ordered 2 meat lovers and one New Yorker. The new yorker appeared to have pepperoni on it. When I received it, it was all cheese. I'll look at the receipt, and the receipt stated classic ingredients. Marinara sauce.When I called and stated that my pizza had no pepperoni's on it.. I didn't get a chance to say anything like.Can you add pepperoni's?How much would that be, or I had no idea?How can we fix this? UnfortunateLy, I was met with a rude response. And a very negative negative attitude. BAD, BAD SERVICE. It's unfortunate that people are met with poor service at this day and time in our society. Please save yourself from ordering from this place..And to top it off. The pizzas were cold. Same on them

I am furious with the manager of this restaurant... her name is Marrisa and she us the rudest, most argumentative person I've ever talk to at any pizza hut or restaurant for that matter.I called and spoke directly to Marrisa (who claims to be the GM) to find out if they have their own drivers or use Uber, DoorDash, or a delivery service.She told me that they use their own drivers and I said , "Good, I don't like using outside delivery services"I placed my order and then I get a message that doordash is on the way. I called back and got Marrisa back on the phone, and told her "that I just called and ask if you use your own drivers, or outside delivery like doordash" and she point blank, infatuquely said "that she use her own drivers"When the driver (Matthew from Wisconsin) gets to me, I stop him at the elevator and told him that I cancelled the order because we don't use outside delivery, and looking at the three boxes of pizza that he had taken out the red bag... none of the pizzas had safety tape on them.I called the rude, so called General Manager (Marrisa) back to make sure she cancelled the order (because Pizza Hut has a reputation for not refunding customer's money) and she said said "that they don't refund online orders" and I said I am on my way down there to get a receipt for my order" and she said, "we don't give receipts for cancelled orders"I recieved a message from door dash customer service that the "order was handed to me", saying "please reach out to Matthew if I had not recieved it"I then called the doordash number provided in the text... and Matthew answered the phone saying that Marrisa told him, "to mark the order delivered"I asked him, "why would she tell you to mark a pizza delivered that you know you did not deliver?"He said that he just started, he's from Wisconsin and he took the pizza back to the store as not delivered.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT- THE MANAGER LIES, IS A THIEF AND WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY. WE SPENT $46 DOLLARS.This is becoming a common SCAM by Pizza Hut... the second time this has happened from two different cities.BUYER BEWARE San Pedro PIZZA HUT!!!!

To start this horrible experience. Ordered curbside pickup no one came out so I went inside to pickup up my pizza so I went back to my car and checked just to make sure the pizza toppings were correct and that's when i discovered that they burnt one of my pizzas which was for my children so I went back in to let them know and the girl I spoke with was very disrespectful and had no knowledge of how to treat customers she stated that that's how they cook their pizzas so I told her show me the chart they have in the back on how they should send out the pizzas and she said naw I'm cool so then I asked for a refund and she stated the pizza was fine I ask for a manager she said she was the manager but right before I spoke with her a make had a badge on that said manager so I knew she was giving out false information and she also gave me a fake name . The workers they have working there are young and have no respect at all this pizza hut needs to graded to a F for sure

I hope the owner of this establishment reads these reviews and not the unprofessional manager whom strongly suggested I take my business elsewhere because she was too tired to take an order because as she stated "no one showed up for their shift and she's by herself !" I've been patronizing this Pizza Hut, for over 10 years. As I'm a mother of six, this is very quick on a Friday night after a long day of work and basketball games. I placed the order for two large pizzas, one cheese and one pepperoni. Simple order right? After waiting over an hour for delivery due to the busy night of only having one cashier and one delivery driver on hand per the rep when placing the order. (which I totally understand ) By the time the pizza arrived my children were super hungry and to my surprise "The cheese pizza had no sauce." The cheese was stuck to the dough. I called very nicely and asked if they could remake the pizza and this time add the sauce lol, and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and stated "she made the pizza herself so she knows she put sauce on it. I wish I still had my old phone as I took a picture of the pizza. I should have been left this review; however being a busy mom I really had no time. Oh but I have time today! I then proceeded to ask to speak with the manager, and she replied, I am the manager. She then proceeded to tell me that there's a note on my number that states "I'm a problem customer, and that it's only common sense that I take my business elsewhere." Out of the ten years I've been living in this area I have only had an issue with my pizza twice, and I'm a problem customer? She then began to yell over the phone stating how she doesn't care about her stupid job and how stupid I was for returning! I hung up and went inside! Once there she was the only person working besides the very sweet delivery driver. as I was arriving coincidentally the delivery driver was arriving at the same time and greeted me with a very pleasant smile and state is she hope my order was OK. I proceeded inside and just as I thought "she did not want to come to the front and speak to me. I was so upset with the way she was speaking to me over the phone that it's probably best she did not come and speak to me. I have never been so upset. As I was in the restaurant another customer came in and said they always have problems with this lady and hates that this is the only Pizza Hut in the area. I left the pizza right in the store. Horrible, Horrible, customer service!

I haven’t ordered Pizza Hut in a long time but on Saturday 9/16 I ordered online and it was really good. The stuffed crust pizza was baked perfectly! My pizza got delivered on time. The team that was working that day did an amazing job.

Very unprofessional lady at the counter always giving attitude and a hard time. People get a lil position of authority and abuse it right away. Pizza Hut needs to reconsider who they hire and make sure they have good communication skills and a professional attitude first and for most !

I'll get right to the point- my online order was delivered to the wrong house. I called to tell them and they said that the pizzas were sent to the address on the order and no mistake was made. I sent a message though Facebook and someone there forwarded my complaint to the store. Inez V responded saying that I entered my address wrong. She says I entered 'Street' but my order clearly says I live on "Place'. All I wanted was the store to admit a mistake was made.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Delivered to the wrong address and the manager wouldn't refund the order. Someone else touched our food and they wouldn't take care of us.

Dang! I haven't gotten Pizza Hut since early 2020 and what a disappointment this is! I ordered sausage, mushroom, tomatoes, which is now $17! ("deal") for a large but besides the sauce there are NO tomatoes on this. I didn't order thin crust either but except for the rim, this is a thin crust. It's dry as hell too. Yuck! My appetite is ruined. I've been craving my formerly yummy Pizzahut crust! This is also one of those places that "passes on" whatever BS California fees. Suck it, you're not getting my business again.
