I go there a couple times a week. Their raisins roll are always tasty and their apple fritters are the best I have ever had. They are the only place I will get one from. The only problem is they only bake them on Saturday’s.

They did not make my cake! I have always loved this bakery, and my family has frequented it for many many years. Their cakes, cookies, donuts, breads, it all tastes wonderful. I ordered a custom cake for a party: I came into the store to place the order in-person on a Tuesday, to be picked up on the upcoming Friday. When I arrived on Friday to pick up my cake, they didn't have it! They had misplaced the order form and never even baked my cake! So here I was, two hours before guests would be arriving, and without the cake. And since it was a less common flavor (lemon), there wasn't a suitable replacement on-hand. They issued a full refund and were very apologetic, but I was incredibly disappointed and left the bakery in tears.

So much to see, and things with a different twist, like the circular Bear Claw fit for a family! I look forward to trying your entire bakery, and got caught up and forgot to ask whether the name Challah bread?

Open til 6? Hmmmm… even called before I left the house. It rang twice then an answer-hang up. Frequent here with the family and service is good, but annoyed store closes before it says. Just change your hours of operation instead of inconveniencing your neighborhood customers.

I came to Polly Ann’s to bring my wedding cake ideas to life. They did such a great job! It was a 3 tier cake - carrot cake, marble cake with buttercream and chocolate. They also delivered the cake to the venue for a small fee. I will definitely be going back to them in the future for my son’s 1st birthday party.

Flies are everywhere in the bakery. Standing on donuts and cookies Yaks.The ladies who work there are polite and amazing but the bakery is disgusting.

Ordered a firetruck cake from here, agreed with the lady I placed the order with that atleast put a fire tuck print on the face of the cake; since last time they had made a great baby shark cake. The disappointment was beyond limit. I could have bought this cake from Safeway and drawn this myself. Requested the manager to give me a call, still no call. Even the 2 year old birthday boy was disappointed at how lame the cake was. I would avoid this place for events as they don’t deliver as promised and don’t take accountability if they make something terrible. They charged me $65 for this piece of junk and honestly; it’s not about the money it’s just about delivering on point which they don’t.
