Multiple times the Starbucks employees say they’re closed at 8pm but the site literally says they don’t close until 9pm and haven’t close until nine for the past year. How hard would it be for you guys to update the actual time the Starbucks closes… I proceeded to go to the Starbucks at Ralph’s that also says it closes at 9pm and they have a very friendly available employee which leads me to believe that the Starbucks one in target is being dishonest and losing money for Starbucks … why is it closing earlier and was very suspicious because they had two employees just standing around doing nothing… It’s very annoying and I don’t know who is responsible, but it needs to be fixed immediately so people like me you don’t keep wasting their gas going over there thinking it’s actually open when it’s not it’s very inconvenient and inconsiderate to your customers. And yes, I went again because I completely forgot that they weren’t honoring the time. That’s literally on the website. I expected them to be opened. Either extend the hours to the appropriate time on the website or updated so people don’t keep getting confused

Arrived early morning to get my coffee and some shopping done. I waited in line when I first entered target employees were lined up buying their own coffee and chitchatting. while I waited in line for about 15 minutes then decided to do my shopping and then purchase my coffee when I was done. Because The line was not moving, employees still having their chit chat. Came back to the Starbucks line after shopping, Employees still in line greeting each other while one person is making coffee and the other two were just watching and conversing with other employees. I finally left Without my coffee and upset with how unprofessional these kids are running this Starbucks.

Its a nice Starbucks. The crew/baristas are very nice. The 2 things that I do not care much for is.....when asking for my drink to have extra ice, they didnt put extra. Secondary: Starbucks still has not gotten their tables and chairs back for their customers. Its been a very long time !!

I ask for a caramel Frappuccino and I got something tasting like chocolate. Nothing like caramel Frappuccino.
EDIT: they gave me expired milk :)I went back and the all female staff wasn’t there anymore.* the ones who served me the expired drink*Instead staff swapped to 3 young men, the dude with the glasses wasn’t really trying to hear me. He had a line, he did offer me a different drink, I took it cause obviously the other one was undrinkable.But I had 0 chance to explain that the women from early morning served me expired product. :)disgusting.They’ve been getting my order wrong for a year.I just never say anything lol because I know they’re gonna do it wrong next week, and the next.But this? Serving me expired produce? Seriously?At this point I’m no longer coming back.You get enough customers anyways. ? enjoy your garb.
