This store makes the drinks that are ordered correctly. However is a 50-50 chance they will be understaffed causing long wait times

Was only moderately busy, but whoever was making the bacon egg sandwiches didn’t know what they were doing. We found our bacon was still raw, the egg was cooked off to the side and falling out. Coffee was mostly foam. After several decades of eating and drinking from Starbucks, this is the worst we ever had and we had to trash everything.

I had an encounter with the rudest person who after I asked a simple question " is this card activated?" Her reply was I can't hear you, I don't know what you're saying. Thus, I repeated my question. She replied I don't know and walked away from me. I said I know you just didn't walk away from me! And she never acknowledged me. Anyway I called Corporate because she has know clue to what entails good customer service. If she didn't or couldn't answer my question, she had only to say" I'm a little busy right now, give me a second and I'll get my manager to help you" I paid 50.00 gift card to be loud talked an disrespected at 70 years old, I think not. Customer service where they prepare your order is pathetic. Don't waste your time!

I go here every now and then and the service is mediocre or so I thought. I had an issue the other day and one of the workers whose name tag said Rico went out of his way to go above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and remade my drink correctly. It was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had from a Starbucks. I was on the fence about this location but not anymore
