The shift lead at the register was super friendly but the service behind her was terrible my food items had been warmed and sitting on the counter for over 10 minutes without my cold brew beverage my baguette became soggy and the stuff could care less I was standing at the counter for 15 minutes waiting on my cold brew and they never asked me if I needed help guest that ordered well after got drink before I did I had to physically asked them for my paid beverage before I got any help

You're going to be in line at LEAST 10 minutes, even if there's only one car ahead of you, and after the long wait, they often don't get your order right. Steer clear.

Out of all the Starbucks in the San Pedro area, this one does the best medicine ball! But, avoid going Sunday mornings when the barista with the blue hair is there. She's the rudest, most disrespectful, unprofessional personal I've ever dealt with. I should have called corporate, but... whatever!

I've been going to this Starbucks for years, but some of the new staff have just been consistently below par unfortunately. Hoping someone sees this and offers them more training.I don't think it's their fault. I don't mind attitudes, delays, or service outages from a broken register. But I do think it's a little bit absurd that my barista spilled out almost half of the caffeine shot as a result of overfilling with milk; handing it me instead of, at the very least, offering to make another one during extremely slow hours.I buy the coffee for the caffeine! Not the milk! Of course this is on top of similar events happening fairly consistently. I would never leave this sort of review otherwise.TL;DRTrain your barista staff a bit more. They don't seem comfortable or confident in their positions and it spills into other aspects of their job. I understand mistakes during busy hours, I've spent years in service myself. But no one else was ordering.

I had the ruddest service today by two of their workers 7/23. They were going to make me a drink without it's proper ingredients and at least could told me that they still didn't have the proper stuff.I didn't find out until I asked if they finally had the right ingredients to which they answered " no"At that point I registered a different drink to which they didn't seem very happy about.I requested a caramel Frappe with extra Caramel then when the other worker made it without the Caramel I asked if she could ad extra sauce like I had previously she's the other worker and she mumbled under her breath, something along the lines of " oh my God"Got my drink and said thank you and the worker just ignored me while the other just stared at me while I walked away.This wasn't that big of deal all they had to do was tell me they didn't have the proper ingredients . All the rudeness was not necessary.

Went into Starbucks yesterday(mother's day) there was no one working mind you still very early..Went today(5-15) tried to order my drink and the 2 associates said machine was not working with a very RUDE attitude I know customer service is a hard job but doesn't mean you have to respond to a customer with a ATTITUDE...
