Busiest Starbucks I've ever been to. Sometimes they won't accept pre-orders from the app. Sometimes your order won't be ready 20 minutes after you place it. This is NOT the fault of the staff - all of whom are attentive and obviously focused on their work - it's just that this is a small Starbucks in a VERY high demand area.

After 15 years of doing so, I can no longer walk my dogs past this area because the customers have dogs under the tables at the sidewalk fence in varying states of confinement. I look and prepare and have had a few excitable passes ( rare) over the years, even with a very large mastiff with only a couple noticeable encounters as I prepare by choking up my dogs and walking as far away as possible just in case. There was a customer having a smoke on the street side today so that wasn’t possible . Today a 3 month old lab puppy tied to the table or chair leg with 6 feet of lead and its tiny buddy surprised both my large dogs with an excited head through the fence after i passed resulting in my dogs circling back, tripping me, dragging me 3-4 feet down the sidewalk before i could submit them and leave. I will reiterate. I had my dogs by the barbed collar and front legs almost off the ground as i passed. In the interim one of the clips came undone freeing one of them with luckily no harm coming to any of the animals and thank you to the man who assisted by grabbing his collar for me. This practice of having dogs at the sidewalk tables sometimes obscured by the patrons is a recipe for exactly what happened today. My dogs are not aggressive but any dog startled like that is going to react. May i suggest screening the fence to keep the customers dogs separated from the public. We will walk elsewhere to avoid the situation since it felt by the look i was getting after getting dragged that-the Starbucks employee looked saw me as the problem. I know my lisbility in this situation. I hope Starbucks understands theirs.

Slow , they’re just talking and not working . 12/12/25 got here at 9:08 am and it’s 9:33 am and I still have no grande frappes … why are there 6 people on the floor ????? Horrible for business . Targets Starbucks are faster than this

Just horrible my drink doesn't taste good and they took more than 30 min to make it, the store felt like it didn't have any ac its very small, won't come here I hope another starbucks can fix my drink.

My favorite Starbucks to come to! All the employees are really nice. Amber was really kind about asking for my drink to be remade and it really delicious after my horchata oat shaken expresso was a little strong to my tasting and she suggested a way to fix it with another employee whose name I didn’t get. Really clean and lovely location!

I was there yesterday around noon. Very slow service and very unfriendly staff. Drinks taste terrible. Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. One star is still too much for this place.
