The baristas here need training on how to make a Starbucks recipe drink. They are friendly here sure but mis made my drink twice it’s like they just throw whatever in your drink? Rather than ask them to remake the drink a third time I went over to the Vons grocery store next door and they remade my drink right and were very nice about it. If you like your drink to be specific and made by the Starbucks recipe don’t go here they also did not provide the toppings with my oatmeal or a spoon to eat it with!

The service at Starbucks was great as always, but I was really disappointed when I got my drink. It looked nothing like what I was expecting. I mean I order this all the time, and I know how it’s supposed to look and taste. But when they handed it to me, it came out looking like this… not at all up to par. I’m usually such a fan of their drinks, but come on, Starbucks—what happened here? I paid for a well-made drink, not something that looks like it’s half done.
