I have been to subways from one part of this country to the other and from sea to shinning sea both as a road trips and as professional bus driver, this is bar none my absolute favorite subway that has always far exceeded my expectations. I will always without question recommend this location to any locals who ride my bus to Park Western Plaza. My personal experience has always been absolutely amazing. The food quality has always been on point. Please ensure the staff here is recognized for there good work.

I ordered a foot long sandwich through the subway app. I received a 6in sandwich. There is no way to make a complaint on the app. So I called the store. Gia was not helpful at all. She kept telling me I ordered through door dash and would have to contact them. On top of that. The bread was stale.Very disappointed.

Went in today with coupon for 3 Footlong for 17$ but added avocado to 2, the one employee was super rude and nasty (older woman, tattoos on arm, bad attitude) I finally had enough of her stuff and told her to knock her - off and gave her my coupon. I had ordered an additional 6" on the side and paid with Apple Pay, but was stunned when I got out to my car and looked at the receipt and it came to over $40!! She purposely excluded the footlong (even though I checked and all the footlongs didn't have an exclusion on the coupon because I had more coupons on the flyer) and when I demanded a explanation and refund she refused. When I ate my sandwich which was the only one that was wheat bread, the bread was stale and gross (I've had subway wheat bread and know how it tastes) and my daughter found hair in hers. Before even posting this review, I tried multiple times to handle this issue internally, by attempting to make a "concern" post on their internal website however even though my email was typed identical it claims it "doesn't match" and I attempted to contact the franchise through corporate but they don't take calls from customers anymore...so now I'm going to let everyone know so hopefully they don't get scammed.

Food is excellent here the low rating is for the manager in the day time who is not very friendly. When I come in when she is working she goes into the back office to hide until I leave.

This review is for the owner of this Subway. I know it's hard to find workers but you really need to look at training your workers and quality controls, else they will drive your business to ground and you will lose your regular customers. 10/10/23 Monday came to the store around 7pm, one customer was leaving and 1 more customer came behind me. When I ordered 4 subs(6inch each), the sandwich specialist balked, and said out loud '4' with a sigh, stating that its so busy and 4 is too much. At this point, I asked him sternly if he doesn't want to make the sandwiches, but he said he will. But then both of them kept muttering, complaining about it being busy, one of them made the sandwiches very slowly. There was just 1 more customer after me( a younger girl) and they kept apologizing to her for delay(of making the subs), and offered her 'free cookies for the way' to be nice. Hence trying to make me feel bad for ordering the subs.

Came a few days ago since I had a coupon but the lady didn't wanna take it! Usually I don't have an issue but the guy in front of us who ordered was an employee at the McDonald's right next to this subway and I guess he was friends with the lady working this particular shift. He got a foot long, chips and cookies and she only charged him $3 for everything yet she wouldn't take my coupon??? How does that make sense. I'm sure the business owner would be upset if they knew their employees give the stuff out for free basically whenever their homies come in.

Terrible experience! Ordered 3 different footlongs online to be picked up at 9:15. Order was not even started yet. Angela messed up the veggies on all of sandwiches, did not provide any sauces until I noticed nothing was put on them. Cannot follow simple written instructions. Walked out at 9:45pm. Upon confronting her on why she cannot follow simple instructions, she shows me the receipt and tells me there are no instructions. When the list of all the ingredients are right there on the receipt, if you cannot read, go back to grade school.
We went in with a large order and Leo and Norma put it together so fast and had amazing attitudes. Would absolutely recommend this Subway. The restaurant was clean and the workers were awesome and accommodating.

Ordered two catering trays for a birthday from here. Placed an order on EZcater weeks in advance -- came to the restaurant to pick up and everything looked exactly as I had ordered. This store is reliable and the sandwiches were tasty!
