This Subway has been here for years and I've visited regularly, but I'm pretty sure it recently changed ownership. The hours changed and the breakfast items are no longer on the menu, but more disappointing is the increase in prices while the quality of the food has gone down. There is now a footlong sandwich in there that costs more than $18. Yet the sweet onion teriyaki chicken sandwich I ordered, which is actually supposed to have teriyaki chicken, had regular microwave cooked grilled chicken with no flavor. If this place is relying on repeat business, like almost all in this neighborhood, it's not likely to survive for long with this model. The service was standard, which is the reason I gave it two stars overall instead of one, but I won't be back.

This location is disgusting! I visited it recently in the evening after shopping at the nearby Vons.My daughters and I were craving the broccoli soup...BARFFFFF!They were out of crackers that was # 1.# 2 The soup smelled HORRIBLE! Pretty sure it was rotten.# 3 The soup was brownish and very chunky! DISGUSTING!!!! Please stop serving the food if it has gone bad, THANKS!

Man making sandwiches acted like he couldn't hate his life more. Could not make sandwiches according to directions. Put 4× the amount of mustard he should have when I asked for lite. Worst subway experience in years.Bread was soft ( woohoo).

The worst sandwich ever. I ordered the Tuna Sandwich yesterday and got it home, it was gross. It was two small scoops of Tuna mixed with maybe a little mayo, no flavor at all. Subway normally has great cookies. The chocolate chip cookie was dry and stale. I threw everything away.I thought I’d give them one more chance and order a Philly steak sandwich on-line. Requesting the normal toppings and mayonnaise and mustard. I went to pick it up and brought it back to work. It was dry as a bone, the sandwich was pulled apart, not sliced in half. The was barely any meat or cheese. I generally eat one meal a day, there was nothing to these sandwiches. I could say the staff are friendly, but I’d also have to say, they are not very good at theirs jobs.

Had a 2 go order today, 2 subs to enjoy at the park near the friendship bell - 1 sub was completely wrong - wrong in regards to the protein- the other was a tuna but cheese and condiments where wrong - both on wrong bread - guy with curly hair really rude to previous older customer!!! Disappointing out of all subways….
