This location is disgusting! I visited it recently in the evening after shopping at the nearby Vons.My daughters and I were craving the broccoli soup...BARFFFFF!They were out of crackers that was # 1.# 2 The soup smelled HORRIBLE! Pretty sure it was rotten.# 3 The soup was brownish and very chunky! DISGUSTING!!!! Please stop serving the food if it has gone bad, THANKS!

As someone that worked at subway a long time ago, this branch is BAD. First off, I walked in and ( it's 68 outside), they had the AC set to what had to be 55 degrees- it was freezing . Someone walking in after me said the same thing. Second off, the male behind the counter spoke super fast ( too fast to understand), was not personable, asked me what type my sandwich was multiple times and still made it wrong, and then they were out of a bunch of stuff . This is disappointing for real- idk how the owners don't get a grasp of this. Avoid this place . UPDATE: got home- tasted sandwich- threw the entire thing in the trash. Almost made me puke. Dude didn't put the sauce on it I asked for . Bread is undercooked . Omg I seriously think I'm going to get food poisoning from this chicken !!! AND- my mom just tasted her tuna and said it was SOUR! Also threw it away! I feel like I was just STOLEN FROM BY THIS PLACE!

Slow service. New employees that seem to not know what they’re doing. Online orders almost never go through or always late and never ready. Last couple times coming service has been terrible!

First off dude tried to give me RAW BACON on my pregnant girls sandwich.. 2nd gave me attitude anytime asking for any type of vegetables, like cmon now this is your job. This subway has gone down hill ever sense the 2000's, would highly recommend you avoid this place

Worst Subway franchise I've ever been to. They wouldn't re-make or refund me for a sandwich made with seemingly hard and stale bread. Told me I'd eaten too much. I'd only taken 3 bites when I'd decided to return it be remade. Then, the 'manager', a surly and unpleasant immature girl literally mocked me after giving me no recourse. Repeatedly saying "bye, bye, bye" whilst waving. I video'd her doing that.

Man making sandwiches acted like he couldn't hate his life more. Could not make sandwiches according to directions. Put 4× the amount of mustard he should have when I asked for lite. Worst subway experience in years.Bread was soft ( woohoo).

The worst sandwich ever. I ordered the Tuna Sandwich yesterday and got it home, it was gross. It was two small scoops of Tuna mixed with maybe a little mayo, no flavor at all. Subway normally has great cookies. The chocolate chip cookie was dry and stale. I threw everything away.I thought I’d give them one more chance and order a Philly steak sandwich on-line. Requesting the normal toppings and mayonnaise and mustard. I went to pick it up and brought it back to work. It was dry as a bone, the sandwich was pulled apart, not sliced in half. The was barely any meat or cheese. I generally eat one meal a day, there was nothing to these sandwiches. I could say the staff are friendly, but I’d also have to say, they are not very good at theirs jobs.

Went in on Sunday 4/23 And wanted to get a six inch spicy Italian They were out of Italian herbs and cheese like usual no worries I'll take a wheat ! Customer service was amazing it was a young man making the sandwich skills were awesome ! But I felt bad for him ! He said he was 16 and he was all alone keep in mind it was around 8 so pretty late for a child to be alone ! And it was extremely hot in there ! Management needs to fix the air conditioning immediately! These poor workers are suffering ! Anyways customer service was amazing !Young man was very sweet and very helpful San which was super tasty and was made very good for being a new worker he told me ! Someone please help this Young man Don't let him work alone ! Even gave him a 8$ Tip and he didn't even want to accept ! Hope you see this young man ! Definitely will be a returning customer
