She literally covered my sandwich with salt ..I get it it’s morning and you’re baking bread on the counters and grabbing my sandwich while grabbing other items to making bread …horrible atmosphere..the shift manager didn’t even stop to touch my items to make bread or change

Adding on to the list of complaints about this one employee who works there and constantly loses his temper. My cousins hard of hearing and he proceeded to lose his patience with him during his order- keep in mind we were only at the bread. This guy is clearly unhappy so if you do not want to ruin your day, hit up jersey mikes.

Not sure why this subway has such harsh reviews. Been in there the last 2 days and have had great sandwiches. Juan is the man I've caught both times and he makes a mean sandwich! It's good subway!

The subway was cool, the ladies were smiling while helping me, but the parking lot is a death trap, people should park at vons and walk across the street

I wasn't sure if I should write this but feel I should give people a heads up if they go to this Subway. I've experienced continuing rude service from this one male employee who works nights. I've gone there many times and hope that he is not working when I get there. Because I like to have the bread that was last baked, I request it. Other employees gladly tell me and I get this bread. Simple request. My boyfriend who used to work at Subway told me this was a reasonable request that people would ask for. However, this employee's tone becomes annoyed, answers "they all have" and refuses to offer the simple request when I come in. He also rushes the sandwich even without anyone else waiting. I looked through the other Yelp reviews wondering, "Is it just me?" and actually found that I am not alone in my experience. Someone actually posted a picture of the guy! It clearly seems like he does not like his job and it's unfortunate that it shows in his customer service.I certainly don't want anyone to lose their job. I just hope that him or his employer sees this and helps this person either find another job that is more suited to him or do some training in patience and customer service.
