Reasonably good food served by pleasant Staff. Unfortunately, they substitute beans and/or salad instead of meat when you order a double beef beef burrito at their restaurants. They're essentially charging extra for mere filler. Totally disappointing to get home and discovering that substitutions are what's served in their burritos. Which's just as bad as seeing that your tacos might have a tablespoon of ground beef and the rest is shredded lettuce, no diced tomatoes and a sheer veil of shredded cheese topping. The quality of food served has really been degraded for far too long now. For the same money, Mom & Pop taquerias are the better value for meals on the road now. Sad.

The 5$ luxe box features a bean burrito and cinnamon twisties. The 7$ luxe box features a burrito and a taco and cinnamon twisties. The 9$ luxe box features chips and nacho cheese dip, a taco, a chalupa, and a burrito. The soft chicken cantina taco is pretty good like the crunch wrap supreme. The steak burritos come with a melt with lots of cheese, or with crunchy chips to go with the beef. I'm with Doja Cat on this one. Get yourself some delish affordable noshing Taco Bell...

Service was great I bought the 7 dollar box . I was hungry and exited to eat on my lunch brake . Once I got to work I opened my box and found this bug in my box . Upset because now i can’t eat and I can’t go back to get my money back until im off.

06/29/24... 2230.. about 1030pm .. younger girl, I order from sounded off.. It was a wait in the drivethru, which isn't a problem. But when i get to widow. I previously asked for fire and hot.. I got 4 hots.... I ask if I can get more sauce at the window. She she said I gave you what u wanted... "Maybe miss heard. "... but I leave real reviews.. this was with attitude , with a smile.... so my thoughts for the place.... it's fast food.....this is an in and out type of place..., not drama. As fast as possible.

Ordered on Postmates 2 times from here in the same night first order was over 40$ and missing almost all of the items and was 30 min late (I live less then 10 minutes away) Postmates gave a refund for the first order I then re ordered the missing items the second order and I only received drinks from the order and note; it wasn’t the drivers fault ether because I asked about the missing items and then said that’s all they gave them… I then tried calling Taco Bell 2 times and no answer. Super annoying to say the least

I ordered a Cantina Chicken Taco which is what I had been craving. When I got back to work to eat my dinner, I had a Cantina Chicken Quesadilla which isn’t what I ordered or wanted. I called the restaurant a total of 8 times and never got an answer. It was very disappointing considering I didn’t order a quesadilla. Unfortunately, I was charged for the wrong item. A waste of money and food.
