This Tacobell location has really gone down hill. I've stopped a few types late at night and whoever the woman that takes my order or gave me my order smelled like alcohol. Whoever runs this store really needs to reconsider who they have as employees. The managers are always rude and have never been professional to began with.

y'all really need to just fire all your staff. Everyo single time I've tried to come here I'm met with insurmountable levels of stupidity. On today's episode I was met with "I don't even know how to do this shit" by the cashier ..... comical at this point but mad embarrassing for y'all.UPDATE: to the fatass working 09/16/2023 at 6:07 PST - don't accuse a customer of LYING! Rule number one! You loooked so dumb when I pulled my receipt out! ALSO HOW DO YOU GET MY ORDER WRONG AND ROLL YOUR EYES AND TELL ME "it's basically the same" - for context I ordered tacos with avacoado sauce and got green salsa - not the same. And to tell a customer to deal with it, after accusing them of lying is insane. She needs to be fired. And as I was walking out an employee emptying the trash cans TOLD ME TO MOVE OUT OF THE WAY! Unbelievable. All the employees working 09/15/2023 at 6pm PST need to be canned. I'm sorry but ....beyond unacceptable. Seriously I'll go across the street to El Pollo Loco and save yourself the headache. Never going to this spot again.

And asked if we wanted sauce and didn’t even give us what we asked for. Also asked for a nacho cheese cheesy gordita chunch and was given a regular cheesy Gordita

Worst taco bell I have ever had. Missing items from my order, under rice in my burrito, no hot sauce given every when they asked me and I told them to put fire sauce. Workers are very Unexperienced workers.

Had a mobile order at this location, that for whatever reason they "couldn't see". I asked if I could show them my order confirmation and have them make it from that, was just told no. When I asked what I should do about this they just said "O don't know" so I just canceled my order and left.
