The food is okay but the service is terrible and the prices are gouged. They charged $4.50 for a small plain iced tea and then ask $1.50 plus tax for a partial refill. They charged $1.50 to add avocado to a BLT but then left it off. My kids asked if they could have water and the server said they ran out water but we could buy bottled water from their little store! To add insult to injury, the drinks in the refrigerator are room temp. So the quality and service are bad, but at least it’s expensive.

very local place, nothing fancy, but great food and low key vibe with a few outdoor sidewalk tables.
Took 20 minutes to make a breakfast burrito because the staff move around without an ounce of urgency. Also, the burrito was flavorless. At least salt your food if you're not going to put any spices in it.

Such a sweet small spot! Went in to grab two drinks and a muffin and the muffin was fresh! The staff were super sweet and I can see how this can be a local favorite.
Parking: Free street parking next to the building or on the streets nearby.

Horrible experience!! We had our granddaughters visiting for easter and walked there to get a brownie. They sold us an old, dried out and stale brownie. I had a bite after the girls complained and almost gaged. Who would do that to little children? Will never put a foot in there ever again!
