This is a review of the Happy Inka at the Torrance Farmer's Market. Never have I seen such a small b******* portion of rice with an even smaller portion of beef and they dare to call it "Beef Chaufa". Incredibly overpriced for what they offer. I will never eat there again and will advise everyone I know not to try it out. I once worked for the city of Torrance Farmer's Market and I know how low the overhead is. The least they could do is serve a decent portion like the rest of the food stances! Never again and I advise u to do the same! I decided to update my review of this place after having a few days to clear my head and cool off. I must say, my opinion doesn't change. This place still sucks. They are very willing to take your money and give u meat with fat all over the place and an amount of food that simply teases you; a snack basically. Never again !!!
