This interior is beautiful and the place is always busy! An upscale feel with a comfortable vibe. It’s in kind of a weird location but Pedro is kind of a weird place. The scallops are to die for! Servers are always so accommodating. Attentive without being all up on you. (I usually go with my father who can’t hear well and is a bit much) they’re always patient and sweet.

Ambient noise however, due to the remaining original 19th center & thus poorly acoustical character of the open and largely non-attenuated warehouse noise environment, negatively contributes to a frenetic and frequently harsh rather than relaxing dining experience.

Food was not delivered at the same time. Each meal was delivered I 15 minutes apart so we really didn't eat together. Waiter kept apologizing for the poor service. Husband never got his appetizer.

Trani's is my go to in Pedro for a truly unique and creative menu and dining experience. The Peruvian Scallops are a MUST. Very reasonably priced sandwiches on the lunch menu. I saw an order of the beef sandwich and it was a mountain! Their calamari is superbly prepared with a wonderful sesame seed crunch! Just go. You will be back guaranteed

Our food was divine. It is always very good and last night the Mushroom Bucatini was simply wonderful. Also, the special was Alaskan Halibut and was prepared perfectly.

Excellent service, excellent portions, excellent food. May be the best restaurant meal I've had in ages. We ordered family style as suggested by our waitress and each plate was sublime. The oysters, the anchovies toast, the squash blossoms, the gnocci, the brown butter mashed potatoes!!! And I haven't even mentioned the perfectly cooked, medium rare, 2 lb. bone-in rib-eye. Just a great experience from start to finish.
