I’ve been coming to Troys burgers since I was a kid but sadly things have changed. I’m not sure if they have a new cook but the food is horrible, no flavor. The burger wasn’t fully cooked, fries were soggy. Breakfast burrito was full of burnt eggs, undercooked hash browns (salty as well) no extra cheese like was asked to. Not to mention the white fat lady taking my order was extremely rude. GET IT TOGETHER

It's lunch time and cruising, " and being down Pacific in San Pedro, I pulled into "Troy's "and ordered a double hamburger combo! The hamburger was juicy, fresh lettuce, and tomatoes with good quality bun French fries had a good crunch, and I ordered them extra crispy, which makes them not raw! The meal is very filling! customer service person was provided by the "very cute hispanic girl with long blond hair who when out of way to provide me great service!

Sadly one of my favorite spots for chili fries! Thankfully there are other places. I didn't appreciate the sign that says "not responsible for missing items". The fact that you put a sign like that lets me know you forget things all the time. So I did take heed and check my bag. I only got two things. Chili fries and taquitos. I drove off and tell me why there's NO TAQUITO sauce in the bag? I took that as MY FAULT and didn't dare go back because according to your sign it would be too damn bad. WHO doesn't include avocado/taquito sauce with an order of taquitos?? Was I supposed to ASK for that? Not coming back.

1st time experience-Pros: We went through the drive thru, and the guy who took our order (standing outside in the rain) was extremely kind and professional.My chili cheese fries were a little spicy and delicious.-Cons: EXPENSIVE!My husband described his burger as "flavorless."My kid's corn dog meal was burnt, looked like it had a bite taken out of it, plus another big chunk missing. Why did it even leave the restaurant?Overall, we will not be coming back. Over priced and the corn dog was really a deal breaker.

Best hamburger, fries, and shakes I've had in a long time. Steak sandwich is fantastic.
Delicious Denver omelette. Mushrooms pepper egg cheese all the good stuff. Nice crispy edges! Awesome detail if you get it to go: they lay down a fresh sheet of aluminum foil so that the hot food doesn’t burn the Styrofoam container.Thank you!The chicken burritos are delicious too.They take cash and card. (No subscription necessary. You get to purchase and possess, enjoy ownership of the food. You’re about to eat. ?Cash is King. Use it or else lose it to the globalists/tryrants that want to track, quantify, and monetize, everything we do.)

CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!! Food is basic/average and OVERPRICED. they charge almost the same price for a side of bacon as they do for a bacon and egg sandwich!! i'm disabled and had an emergency but already ordered. Rude order cook couldn't wait to say something to me about being doubled parked and running in to pick up my order instead of having to rush home and let the food be wasted. No time to argue with an idiot who doesn't want a loyal customer's business. THANKS for motivating me to SAVE MY MONEY and go home and make a better breakfast than I could ever get here for convenience. I will take my business next time to Monk's. They are faster, better and friendlier.
San Pedro doesn't have many good burger places, but this one stands out as the best.
