Waited in the car line that is so backed up it goes into the street, just for them to tell me I have to pickup at the window no matter what. So then the parking lot doesn’t exist and it’s long beach, no where to even park.
Staff was combative and rude. What a terrible policy just for them to get their already slow drive through times up.
Keep that policy then.. good way to disgruntle customers, look unprofessional on every level and keep wracking up the bad reviews,

Arrived at around 8 (when they claim to be open), waited over 30 minutes for service until was told they wont open until 9. This was on a weekday. Tried to reccomend editing their buissness hours to avoid issues like this and was rejected. Disgraceful for a weinersnitzel.
